Thank you so much for offering one of these! I like to leave a lot of info for those who want it, but please don’t feel boxed in by the prompts. Write whatever you want for these characters, maybe with a general like or two thrown in. As long as you’re having fun, I’m sure I’ll love it! I'm aurilly on AO3 as well.

Notes on Time Loops

General Notes
1) As long as my ships unambiguously end up together (with actual make-outs, or more!), or my gen requests have fun adventures, I'll be happy. So, don't worry about how well your fic fits whichever tag we matched on, if there's 'enough' of the tag. As you can tell from some of the requests, I’m often fine totally backgrounding the tag!

2) What I'm most interested in is what happens after two characters meet--the dynamics they forge, the adventures they have, the things they learn, their teamwork, how they get together, etc. I love watching existing friends make the shift to lovers. The set-up of getting characters to the same place and meeting is the least interesting part to me. So, please feel free to skip past all that to start after characters who never met in canon have already become friends, or after the realm-hoppers have already gotten to the crossover world. You could even start it after the realm-hoppers have already been there awhile and made friends! You could even start years later, when people are reuniting after a separation. Basically, stories that end shortly after the introductions make me sad.

Things I Always Love
Devoted Odd Couples: enjoying one another's company; laughing at one another; fond exasperation; friends to lovers

Adventures: fish out of water; exploring new territory; finding out about magic; complementary skill sets; badassery; laughing in the face of danger or absurdity; the pen is mightier than the sword (but I also really love swords)

Historical or Fantasy Settings: SWORDS!; archery is also cool; carriages (and sex therein); knighting; tournaments; balls; forced to share a horse; camping

Reunions: assuming characters have a past together (ex. cousins, long-lost school chums, childhood neighbors, briefly visited the other world as a child, had a one night stand, etc) and starting the story when they meet again in the present; not immediately recognizing old acquaintances due to canon-inspired plot reasons; noting how each other has grown or changed but still getting along

Crossovers: applying skills/knowledge from one world to another world's problems; characters coming up with logical but incorrect theories about what's going on before discovering the truth; contrasting or reconciling differences in how a concept manifests across canons (ex. immortality, magic, realm hopping, time shenanigans); magic or plot point in one canon has roots in another

Not Originally Sexual Bondage: I prefer restraint when it, at least initially, occurs for plot reasons. A ties B to the bed for sexy fun? Not my thing. A ties B to the bed to keep B from hurting himself while possessed? Yes! Whether or not it then turns sexy in the story (it certainly can!), it's already sexy to me. Examples... tied or chained up for a ritual or because of imprisonment; stoicism and nobility while bound, stripped, whipped, jeered at, or nonconsensually touched; captives find ways to kiss and touch despite being bound; strong character submits or pretends to be unable to break out of bonds for reasons

Hurt/Comfort: external force/person makes A hurt B; forced to watch loved one endure something awful; stoic character trying to joke their way through pain or hide wounds; shame about desires or how badly they want it; comforter is hiding their own hurt; bedside vigils; patching up loved one's wounds; helping one another through an awful ordeal; fainting; "I thought you were dead!"

Loyalty & Self-Sacrifice : taking someone else’s blame or punishment; jumping in front of a bullet; sacrificing career, safety, reputation or happiness for loved one (but it turns out okay in the end!); volunteering to be beaten, humiliated, tortured, fucked, etc to spare loved one or to secure some benefit for them; trying to keep sacrifice or hurt secret from loved one, either out of shame, or because A doesn't want B to feel beholden/guilty, or because A doesn’t want B to know the extent of A's feelings; B finding out anyway

Sexy Times: I have no top/bottom preferences in m/m. This letter is so long, so I left general porn likes HERE; they're applicable to any ship, not just the ones there. There's a more detailed version HERE (but the first one is enough, don't worry).

Clothing Porn: suits, leather, armour, uniforms, boots, breeches; admiring how good (or ridiculous) love interest looks in the above; not sure how to get these weird clothes off; neckties and the many uses thereof

External Force or Party Makes Them Have Sex: for cultural or initiation rites, to cast a spell, bad guys made them do it, etc. I'll take these for the flimsiest of reasons, so handwave away or even skip the set-up. I like dubcon tropes with an ultimately happy ending--where at least one of them is awkward, angsty, pining and/or guilt-ridden during the sex, and they realize only during or afterwards that feelings are requited. Or they develop feelings during the ordeal. I also love stories that focus on the awkward aftermath and getting together.

Do Not Wants
*These are the same as in my signup, but with a little more explanation on some. The category headers and organization don't mean much; I'm just trying to loosely group to reduce scrolling.

Death & Endings: permanent death of requested characters; afterlives; bleak endings; as-if-it-never-happened erasure endings (ex. "it was all a dream" or events of fic are permanently mind-wiped away)
Sex-Related: D/s dynamics; underage/overage sex or romance; A/B/O; "cum"/"cumming"; pregnancy
Headcanons: characters written as ace, aro, or demi; gender identity headcanons
Ship-Related: pre-relationship fic that ends before they’re together or before any kissing happens; poly/threesomes; non-canon romantic ships, unless prompted (however, mentions of backstory relationships with OCs are fine); conflicting requested ships (ex. A/B and A/C in same fic), unless prompted; non-canonical nicknames (ex. "Stevie"); shovel talks; adultery or open relationships; yentas and matchmakers; fated love; dark dynamics within requested ships; age differences of 10+ years within requested ships (see crossover request sections for ideas on how to handle this)
Writing-Related: 1st & 2nd person POV; phonetically spelled dialogue (my brain genuinely struggles to process it)
Crossover-Related: unprompted crossovers of more than two canons at a time; fourth wall breakage (ex. World A characters know World B as fiction); crossovers where the main characters remain unaware of each others' backgrounds or magic (the reveal/explanation doesn't have to happen 'on-screen', but please don't let it end with everyone thinking everyone else is normal, in a 'ships passing in the night' kind of way)
Other: fusions; setting change AUs**; goofy crack (but crack taken seriously is fine!)

**A Note on setting change AUs: I welcome invented mechanisms, like portals, to get characters from one world to another. I also welcome the addition of supernatural elements to a canon (ex. selkies exist, someone's mom was a fairy, time loops are possible, Stonehenge is a magical place, etc.). Shifting timelines within a late 19th/early 20th century range is also fine! My DNW for setting change AUs is meant to cover scenarios where the supernatural elements that form a canon's premise are wholly removed, or a requested character's pre-canon backstory beats are wholly unrecognizable (ex. Bucky as a born and bred Narnian instead of an early 20th century Brooklynite), or a canon is moved into a wildly different location or time period (ex. 21st century, space).

Whitechapel
— Kent/Chandler

Kent’s quiet dedication, unshowy competence, and pining slay me. Chandler’s a yummy mix of contradictions; commanding yet sometimes unconfident, posh yet down to earth, cold one minute and goofily warm the next, publicly in control and privately breaking light switches. Kent’s crush is epic, but I equally love the moments when Chandler looks at him a little too fondly and long, and when they seem to know what the other’s thinking. I want them to unambiguously get together (with actual makeouts, or more!) while dealing with something bonkers. The less cozy teatime and slice of life, the better. I adored the show’s hints of something supernatural; I would love a fic where something supernatural explicitly happens (hence, the tags I've chosen). The yenta-ing and shovel talks were the only aspects of canon I didn’t like, so I’ll reiterate those general DNWs.

Random Extra Optional Details to Include: Chandler getting off on how much Kent gets off on praise; Chandler’s righteous fury when Kent gets whumped; Kent encountering Chandler during one of his shirtless bathroom moments; Kent having trouble not calling Chandler 'sir', even in bed; relatively inexperienced Chandler; Kent cuffing and mandhandling people larger than himself; Chandler angsting about falling for a subordinate; Kent's hero worship of Chandler (that maybe gets tested?); Chandler's intense angst over any kind of failure; Chandler realizing that what he feels is jealousy and that's how he figures out he's in love with Kent

• ALL: Groundhog Day timeloop
• ALL: Time Loop
• ALL: Time Loop - looping character forced to watch loved one die repeatedly until loop is broken
• ALL: Being in a time loop together leads to getting together
Since I’ve requested this for many ships, I did a general write-up at the bottom of this letter HERE.

• ALL: Like canon except that one character is a selkie
I have a randomly specific desire for Kent (and Erica, too, maybe?) to have secretly been a selkie the whole time, in a world where that’s not known to be a thing. Has Kent been terrified of people finding out and thinking he's a freak? The angst! What's Joe's actual reaction? Can his selkie-ness help with a case? Does he secretly swim through the Thames every night looking for a body/evidence, and gets yelled at for falling asleep at his desk? Poor dear. Or is there a serial killer targeting selkies? Or is Kent being blackmailed about it? Where's his skin? Did someone steal it? Does Kent end up giving it to Joe? If you can include a ridiculous scene where Joe strips and swims with and/or holds him, IDK, that would be A+, but no pressure.

• Crossover: Same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Penny Dreadful's 1890s London
I would like only Kent and Chandler to time travel, not the whole team. I don't care about the logistics. 1890s London was so dirty and gross; how does Chandler deal? Do Kent and Chandler realize only later that something they did in the 1890s is the reason Louise hates them so much in the present? Is Kent at first jealous of this hunky American that Joe feels so irrationally close to (perhaps, it turns out, because of unconscious family ties)? You can also combine this with the selkie tag, if you want; do the PD people figure out that Kent is another member of the demimonde before Joe does? Or can the PD gang help him overcome a difficulty that being a selkie poses? While Buchan himself wasn't my fave (sorry), I did love the show's general theme about the Power of History, so Kent and Chandler kind of applying that mentality whilst on a time travel adventure could be fun, if it fits. Penny Dreadful-specific notes and DNWs are below, HERE.

Narnia
— Emeth/Tirian
— Edmund/Lucy
— Edmund&Lucy

General Narnia Notes
I love everyone's competency, earnestness, and courage when it counts, but also their flaws, fears, and crankiness. I love fics set during the Golden Age or that diverge from canon (as wildly as you like!) at any point before the closing chapters of the Last Battle, or that take place in a divergence where they didn't die. The end of Narnia, train crash, and afterlife are my biggest DNWs. Please let it be clear that everyone will get to live out their lives. I don't need a fix-it (i.e. a fic focused on how their canon deaths were averted). I prefer to pretend it just never came up! I'm not at all invested in the religious allegory elements.

Emeth/Tirian
I would like them to fall in love in life and have a hopeful ending that assumes the world continues. Tirian has such human flaws, and he started off as a hot mess of a king, but he means so well, and is quite resourceful and clever when you rouse him out of his decadence. Emeth should win a prize for the level of admiration and affection he was able to inspire in so few pages. I loved the conflict he faced between his reason, his duty, his devotion, and his desire to prove himself. I loved how excited to go to Narnia he’d always been! I think they’re perfect for one another—brave, noble warriors (and all-around lovely guys) who could come to respect and love one another despite their differences. I have a weakness for forbidden/secret relationships and 'honour and nobility know no sides' and 'love across enemy lines'. This ship has so much potential for both! You could keep Jill and Eustace, or make a divergence where they didn’t come during TLB… whatever works!

• ALL: Ritual Sex Required To Save The World
Why no one thought of trying this in TLB is beyond me. It doesn’t need to be to save the world; don’t stress about that part of the tag. Bonus points if there is sacrificial blood and body painting and prep by third parties. Narnia has so many pagan traditions that I could totally buy them needing to do it for ~reasons. Maybe the Deep Magic or whatever includes a sex ritual that will expel the Calormene or prevent the apocalypse or something. Or maybe Bacchus shows up at the eleventh hour with pagan sex magic solutions that Emeth and Tirian need to do. Or something else! I will take anything. I'll be honest, I just want some porn for these two, so am fine if the reasons are fairly weak. Bonus points if the ritual involves sacrificial blood, drawing on each other, and/or spectators.

• Narnia: World doesn’t end after Calormen wins
I would love to see the actual consequences of the occupation! You can diverge at any point during TLB, when it becomes clear Calormen will win. We saw the beginning of Emeth’s disillusionment in canon. What might that have led to if the whole stable and apocalypse stuff hadn’t happened? Would he have defected, either joining Tirian or helping him escape, or…? Would Tirian, if he is still captured here, be given to Emeth as a war trophy, whom Emeth falls for? Do they escape to Archenland? Or the woods, like the Narnians did during the Telmarine time? Do Tirian & Co successfully fight back later on? Any angle would be fascinating!

• Narnia: Tirian and the others retreat to the woods post-TLB and start the resistance
A more specific subset of the above. I loved when Tirian & Co briefly talked about this. What if, instead of the world ending, they’d actually gotten to do this? I love espionage, desperate missions, angsty last stands, people bonding while struggling to survive in nature, etc. It could be set while they’re still setting it all up. Or you could start it later on, when the resistance has grown strong enough to start making moves. When/why does Emeth end up joining them? Did he defect due to his side’s lack of honor, or because Tirian blows the horn and summons him (from not super far away)? Or something else? How does Emeth fit in? In this divergence, had they met and liked each other before, or are they meeting for the first time now? How do they get together? How do they make strides in the pro-Narnia project? Does Puzzle (the darling!) somehow end up saving the day? Do Emeth and Tirian go on a quest to the magic garden place? Anything!

Edmund/Lucy or Edmund&Lucy
I love these two SO MUCH, individually and together. I love Edmund's journey from deep betrayal (betraying her even a little bit more than the others) to how they ended up so ride or die about each other by VoDT (the part in 'Prince Caspian' where he takes Lucy's side about going down the side of the mountain… MY HEART!). I love how they're quite teasing with each other, while also clearly very fond. They even go into battle together! ♥♥♥

I love everyone's competency, earnestness and courage when it counts, but also their flaws and sassiness. Where they are understandably frightened or make mistakes or get grumpy. Something that keeps that balance would be amazing. I love that being redeemed and growing into a badass warrior king didn't entirely cure Edmund of being a cranky, sarcastic little shit. Although she truly is lovely and optimistic and jolly, Lucy definitely has sass, a touch of mischief, and is deadly in her own way; she's not a blandly sweet and pure saint.

I love these two however I can get them, from perfectly platonic siblings, to intense smarm, to straight up incest. Any angle you want will be great, as long as they are deeply devoted to one another. I'd love it if they were way more wrapped up in each other than they are with Peter and Susan.

DNW very underage sex, so please ensure they are at least 16-17 when anything more than PG-13 happens. So, that might mean setting it during the Golden Age, or pretending they were that old during VoDT, or setting it post-canon (in a divergence where they DIDN’T die), or...

• ALL: Time Loop
• ALL: Groundhog Day timeloop
• ALL: Being in a time loop together leads to getting together
• ALL: Time Loop - looping character forced to watch loved one die repeatedly until loop is broken
Since I’ve requested this for many ships, I did a general write-up at the bottom of this letter HERE.

• Narnia: Friend(s) of Narnia use the rings instead of dying
This is my dream! They could either go help Tirian, as planned (but no apocalypse!). Or maybe the way to Narnia really is closed to them (per Aslan having said they couldn’t go back again), but they end up visiting somewhere else. Could be Charn or a world you make up. I just love the whole Wood Between the Worlds concept, and want them to have more adventures! It would be extra great if only Edmund and Lucy went, not the whole set of Friends, but I’ll take anything.

• Crossover: same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Westeros/Essos (GoT)
Fandom-specific notes and prompts for GoT are HERE. For this fandom, they could use the rings to go adventuring in other worlds. However, there might also be portals between Narnia and other other worlds, the way there were portals between our world and Narnia, making it possible that they had an accidental adventure in another world during the Golden Age or during VoDT. Lots of yummy options! I’d really prefer just Edmund and Lucy have this crossover adventure, not the whole foursome. I know the tag says “gets together”, but I’ll be just as happy with a gen crossover; just please don’t ship either of them with anyone in the crossover world.

• Narnia: Characters arrive on Earth in the future instead of the 40s
“The future” doesn’t have to mean right now. Any time later than they left would be great! Maybe it’s at the end of VoDT (with Eustace going back to his proper time instead of joining them) so it’s just Edmund and Lucy dealing with this, instead of the full foursome. Or maybe it’s after LWW, and the Pevensies come out of the wardrobe as adults but it’s some time later. Or maybe grown-up again Edmund and Lucy have been adventuring with the rings before the story started, and, because of inter-realm time shenanigans, when they finally get back to Earth, it’s a lot later than when they left. Whoops! How do they navigate this new adventure, feeling like their own world is a brand-new world? Does this lead them to be even MORE ridiculously wrapped up in each other? What potential whump and hurt-comfort opportunities does this bring? What opportunities to show off their resourcefulness? Are they stuck here and learn to make the best of it, or do they find a way to get back to their regular time?

• ALL: Ritual Sex Required To Save The World
I love me some ritual sex. It doesn’t need to be to save the world; don’t stress about that part of the tag. Bonus points if the ritual involves sacrificial blood, drawing on each other, and/or spectators. Narnia has so many pagan traditions that I could totally buy them needing to do it for ~reasons. Maybe the youngest two Golden Age rulers need to do this sex ritual to bond with the land or solidify their reign or some other handwaved blah blah (DNW Peter or Susan to be involved or have done this ritual before). Or maybe the Pevensies (who do NOT die!) actually do get to use the rings to go back to regular-life Narnia; they find out that the Deep Magic or whatever includes a sex ritual that, if performed by Edmund and Lucy, will expel the Calormene or prevent the apocalypse or something. Or maybe Bacchus shows up at the eleventh hour with pagan sex magic solutions. Or something else! I will take anything. Have they been pining and therefore feel guilt about being “forced” to finally get what they want? Or are their feelings perfectly platonic and grossed out but their sibling love helps them make the best of having to do this?

• ALL: Characters take part in Bacchanalia
This isn’t even really an AU. Narnia canonically parties with Bacchus. I have been yearning for this for many years, you don’t even know. I really let my id out about it earlier this year, so I’m just going to link to the whole write-up HERE instead of copy-pasting, because it’s long and, honestly, a little embarrassing. Basically, if you are into the idea of Golden Age Lucy and Edmund and Bacchus all fucking, either as a threesome, or just Lucy/Edmund or just Bacchus/Edmund (it’s fine to ignore the officially requested tag to write Bacchus/Edmund), check it out. If not… no worries.

MCU
— Bucky
— Bucky/Steve
— Bucky/Thor
— Bucky/Loki

General Bucky Notes (for both crossover and MCU-only pairings):
Please let Bucky quickly recover or start the story as a fully functional badass with at least a glimmer of a sense of humour. I like stories about him trying to move on and build a new life, not ones where he's brainwashed or pathetic for most of it. I have a pet peeve about fics where Bucky (and Steve) say "ain't" and sound like characters from a 1930s gangster movie. I'd like them to sound like they do in canon, where they speak as 'correctly' as, say, Howard or Bruce do. Cursing is fine, though.

Steve/Bucky
I love what a well-oiled team they make and how fiercely protective of one another they are, while having total respect for each other's abilities. The teasing! The self-sacrificing loyalty! I like to see them work through their baggage and inch towards a healthier place, not just as a couple, but individually. Bucky’s baggage is pretty front and center, but I also wanted Steve to deal with his a bit better. He was always so depressed. What I wanted most for him was to keep moving forward and be happy; him going backwards left me pretty bummed, so please don’t have him do that!

As long as they both still a) met as kids in ~1930s Brooklyn, b) fought in WWII, and c) got the serum (you could assume Bucky got it in Azzano, or after the train, whatever works), you can change as much of canon as you want (meaning, you can also add bonkers things to the backstory, as long as it doesn't invalidate those three things).

As long as no one is bashed and Steve/Bucky is the happy ending, you can acknowledge Steve/Peggy’s canon feelings or pretend they were only just friends. I adore pining, but sentiments like "I've been single-mindedly pining for you since childhood" become too claustrophobic for me (unless you’re actually writing one of my other Bucky ships, where the happy ending is Bucky getting over Steve). Developing feelings during or after the war is fine! Or maybe someone's crush is longer-standing but, until recently, it has remained low-key enough to let him have had other crushes and genuine romances, too.

• Crossover: same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Narnia
• Crossover: same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Westeros/Essos (GoT)
I tend to use exchanges to request things that I can’t get in the wild. “Getting together during an adventure in a portal fantasy crossover” is pretty much the only thing Steve/Bucky fandom has not provided, so here I am! Taken out of their world like this, might put their various baggage into new relief, or even distract them from it for long enough that by the time they’re done, they realize they’re feeling better. I'm looking for the experience of being fish out of water together breaking down remaining barriers or masks, forcing them to have long overdue conversations, discovering surprising new sides, skills or qualities about each other, etc. Leading to make-outs--or more! Fandom-specific notes and prompts for both of these canons are HERE.

Please don't have other MCU characters accompany them on the crossover adventure. As usual, I don't care how they get to the other world, but in case you're stuck, there's the Tesseract, Time Stone, Bifrost, or Uncle Andrew's rings (you could even use that concept to send them to Westeros). You similarly don’t need to include how they return home, though you can if you want. I mean, maybe moving permanently to another place is the solution to their problems (ex. being on the lam, Steve's depression, Bucky's mind trauma, etc.)

Bucky/Loki or Bucky/Thor
I think Bucky/Loki would be amazing together, an entertainingly snarky, angsty and badass odd couple. They might be able to get each other, and/or tough love each other to a better place. I'd love to see them bond over unexpected complements in their personalities, backstories, or skillsets. And I think Bucky/Thor would get along great—a deadly odd couple who could help each other get over previous traumas. Their temperaments would make a lovely contrast, and generally, they would also be insanely hot together. Both brothers are welcome in the fic, if you want, but please pick only one of these ships to include! DNW love triangles or threesomes or anything.

For either of these ships, it would be fun to read something that starts weeks or months or years after they meet, for a 'pre-existing friends or colleagues lurching towards lovers' feel. Something with yearning, uncertainty, and/or hurt-comfort. Something where the characters know each other well before they develop feelings, get together, and/or sleep together.

I adore these three at every point in their character journeys, from pre-canon to post-Endgame. DNW incompatible lifespan issues, so please assume the serum makes you immortal like an Asgardian, or that they can find some magic to make Bucky immortal. The general 'requested character death' DNW applies only to people in the ship you're focusing on; it's fine if Loki is canonically dead in Bucky/Thor fic (but you can also pretend he didn't die!), or you can pretend Thor got snapped in Bucky/Loki fic, or… you get the idea.

• MCU: Different characters were snapped and went on adventures during the five years
Bucky didn’t get snapped, Loki didn’t die in IW, and/or Thor DID get snapped… Have the two still-living characters been working together, doing missions for the Avengers during the five years, and this is simply the latest? Did they become they friends in some other way, making this adventure a culmination of their friendship or pining? What kind of adventure is this? An assignment in space that Carol asked them to work on? Helping the Guardians with something? Looking for something not found on Earth that the Asgardians need to survive? Looking for a more permanent planet that the Asgardians can settle? Stranded in space together? Something on Earth? Does the adventure involve getting captured together or going undercover (as a couple?)? Anything! What finally pushes them to be more than just friends?

• MCU: Characters Choose Different Points In The Timeline To Retrieve Infinity Stones
Similar to above, but except we’re definitely at the end of the five years, and doing the time heist thing. You could have Bucky be Thor’s partner on the Aether mission instead of Rocket. Or have Bucky and Loki go instead. Or have whichever pairing do one or multiple of the other missions instead of the Aether one. Or maybe the story is actually about returning the stones (instead of Steve doing it). I’m open to any change to the stone retrieval/return stories--any stone at any point in the timeline would be completely fascinating! Maybe they take the Tesseract during WWII, or from Odin’s vault, or something Captain Marvel-related; or the Aether from Knowhere; or the mind stone from wherever/whenever Thanos had it first, or from when Loki had it; or… Do they end up having to actually use them if/when things go sideways?

• ALL: Characters who knew one another long ago unexpectedly reunite for an adventure
I loooooooove stories that assume characters who never canonically met have a whole backstory, but the story starts years later, when circumstances unexpectedly bring them together again. Or maybe they haven’t talked in awhile, but a problem has led one to reach out to the other for help--what happens next? Don’t worry if the ‘adventure’ is not super adventurous. What I’m mostly here for is their renewed dynamic, feeling one another out again, and getting together (or back together, if they’d hooked up before). Or were they pining before and only get together now? Or did they really only have platonic feelings before, and develop romantic/sexual feelings now? This might be especially poignant for all three of these characters, who have grown up and changed so much and gone through so much shit… it would be nice to feel loved for the more damaged or mature person they’ve become. What with the brainwashing, amnesia, shapeshifting, etc, it could be angsty or identity porny, or hurt/comforty. Does the Asgardian find a way to rescue or cure Bucky? Or do they reunite after Bucky has escaped? Does Bucky help him out of a tough spot? Is it on Earth or in Asgard or...? I would greatly prefer the focus on the present day; you can include the flashbacks as a bonus, or just handwavily mention the backstory in passing.

• Crossover: same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Narnia
• Crossover: same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Westeros/Essos (GoT)
I’d really like it to be just the two characters in the ship you’re writing about who go to the other place (so, just for these crossover prompts, no Loki tagging along in a Bucky/Thor story, or vice versa); no one else from MCU. Fandom-specific notes and prompts for all of these canons are HERE.

Bucky Solo Crossovers
It’s always been important to me that Bucky make new friends and a new life of his own; with people and concerns other than Steve’s best (Earth) friends. Hence why I request so many crossovers! I love the idea of Bucky traveling to other worlds and making friends or finding love with people there. What kinds of character development or healing does he get from these experiences? How can Bucky's skills or experiences be useful in this world/situation? Fandom-specific notes and general crossover prompts for Narnia and GoT are HERE. As the tags say, I’m interested in Bucky going to the other world, not for the other realm people to come here (exception: the happy ending for Shireen is that Bucky takes her back here with him).

• Crossover: Character from another fandom ends up in Westeros
I would be excited to see Bucky make friends with anyone in the GoT list at the bottom of this letter (and again, even outside of that list). Ship-wise, I’d be up for Bucky with Missandei (as long as Greyworm isn’t upset), Daenerys, Margaery, Jaqen, Beric, or Oberyn (during a time when he was not in Dorne or traveling with Ellaria).

• Crossover: Susan's horn brings crossover character to Narnia
• Narnia: Tirian and the others retreat to the woods post-TLB and start the resistance
The Narnia section at the bottom of this letter covers most of it. If you want to write a ship, I’d be really into Bucky/Edmund, Bucky/Tirian, Bucky/Emeth, Bucky/Lucy, or Bucky/Rilian. But gen would be just as good!

• Crossover: Character from another fandom gets invited to Brakebills (The Magicians (TV))
This one is quite different from the above… I have long been fascinated by the idea of Bucky studying being a magician/sorcerer, and this is a perfect way for it to happen! I can see this going a few different ways. Oe way is to completely background the tag. Meaning, Bucky attended back in the 40s, before he went to war, but the story actually starts after he’s graduated, and is about how he uses his skills during WWII; no Brakebills characters or settings appearing at all. Did Steve know about Bucky’s magic? Or not? Did anyone else? What did he use it for? Did Hydra shut it off while he was the WS, or harness it for something, for extra angst? Or maybe the story starts even later, after he’s escaped from Hydra; what does he do with with his magic then? Or does he go back to his alma mater to hide out (because it’s the only place he doesn't think Hydra would be able to get him), and that’s how he meets Magicians canon characters? Or, hell, maybe you combine this with a Bucky/Loki prompt--assume Bucky attended Brakebills long ago, but the story is actually about Bucky and Loki being magicians together (is Loki jealous yet also turned on by their complementary skills)?

OR! Maybe Bucky attends Brakebills after he escapes from Hydra. Maybe the story starts when Bucky is in his second year while Margo and Eliot are first years? Is he instrumental in helping them become best friends (we never saw how that happened)? Do they help him feel better? Does he guide Eliot and Margo through the way they guided Quentin’s year? Is he a little bit older than most of the other students, all mysterious and broody and Margo and Eliot are infatuated with him? Or maybe he was actually in their class, and they were actually kind of a trio, but events of the fic explain why he wasn't there for their second year? If he's a Physical Kid, too, or does he have a different discipline? Does he spend a lot of time petting Cancer Puppy? Is he really good at Battle Magic? Is he Mayakovsky’s favorite student? Does he go to Incanto Oculto with Eliot and Margo? Does Todd hero worship him? Does he hang with Penny's 1920s ghost friend? Can help bring my beloved OG!Penny back to life? How can magic help his mind problems? Do the teachers all keep trying to fix him, with varying results? Does he end up feeling better enough to seek out Steve again (gen or ship) after this healing time at Brakebills? As a side note, the hand motions for doing magic were all intensely hot to me (and I loved how everyone had their own individual style that match their personality); the idea of Bucky doing it… mmmm. Bonus points if there is magic use during sex.

Almost the only thing I wouldn’t be interested in is a rehash of Magicians canon with Bucky inserted into it, like, replaying S1 pretending Bucky had been in Quentin’s year the whole time. I want a new story! I’m also vastly less interested in his application process than I am in what happens after, while he’s a student, or, again, even later, after he’s graduated. I have not watched season 5 (though if anyone ever makes a supercut of just the Margo+Eliot scenes, I will eat it up!). Please no Margo/Josh, dead Quentin, replacement AU!versions of characters, or mentions of the canon rape or pregnancy plots. I didn’t hate them or anything, but I was much less invested in storylines about Julia and hedge witches; I was mostly interested in Eliot, Margo, Quentin, Penny, and magic/realm-hopping shenanigans. I ship any permutation of Bucky, Eliot, Margo, and/or Quentin, threesomes and foursomes totally fine here, whether involving Bucky or not. And again, it's also fine to background his time at Brakebills entirely, no Magicians characters appearing at all. Gen is good, too, of course!

Psmith - PG Wodehouse
— Psmith/Mike

I love what an odd couple they are, and how they understand one another so well. I love their loyalty and what generous, self-sacrificing heroes they both are, while also being total little shits. Psmith's dialogue! Mike's pragmatism! I want anything where they unambiguously get together, with actual makeouts--or more! You could set it when they're at Sedleigh, the bank, Cambridge, NYC, post-Cambridge, in a wild canon divergence… Anything! DNW any hint that they will ever be with anyone else in the future; please set it before they met their wives and/or pretend they never did.

• ALL: Canon-Setting Spies AU
God, they'd be the best/worst spy team. Is it for the war? Or do they open a spy/detective business when their dads lose all their money? Or does the government ask them to help out just with this one thing relevant to one of their lives? What is the job? Is it domestic espionage or are they abroad working for the government? Are they infiltrating a corrupt cricket gambling ring? Does it require a moment of pretending to be a couple (like, the mark is in gay club or something)? Or is it more action-based (I love badass Psmith and Mike fighting together)? Do they get caught? Are there disguises? Anything!

• ALL: Characters Met While Fighting In WWI
The boys meeting at boarding school is usually sacrosanct to me, but something about the army's strict rules, complicated hierarchies to navigate, all-male forced proximity, ragging potential, etc, creates a similar environment—only with even more opportunities for whump, action, and angst. You could also keep them having met at Sedleigh, as in canon, and go on to fight in the war. Either way! Fighting together, espionage missions, winning a key battle through impertinent ragging, unexpected application of cricket talents, writing for The Wipers Times, the REAL story behind the Angel of the Mons… Meeting or reuniting during training, in the trenches, as prisoners… Do they have special skills or jobs? Mike the accidental war hero, keeping one another warm in their trench, making out in a bombed out Belgian village, the desperation of war causing them to reveal long-secret pining, Psmith going behind enemy lines to rescue Mike…

• ALL: Canon is 100x more gothic and foreboding
• ALL: Magic is a part of everyday life
• ALL: Magical Realism
Generally, how do these atmospheric twists on the otherwise canonical early 20th century Wodehouse world show off new facets of their dynamic, and help them get together? The details are completely up to you! Weird stuff happening around the archeological ruins near the school/university? Something eerie about their apartment building? Mirrors or paintings not working how mirrors should? Learning alchemy at school? A kind of Susanna Clarke approach to England, where magic exists in England? Or a gothic trope or idea that tickles your imagination! If magic is part of everyday life, how do Psmith and Mike use it, similarly or differently? What subtle changes does that make on canonical Wodehousian customs or institutions? “Magical Realism” means different things to different people, but I am here for however you want to interpret it!

• ALL: Character who doesn't have a Superpower in Canon has one or gains one
• ALL: Like Canon But One Character Has A Secret Superpower They Only Use When No One Is Looking
I don’t care which of them gets/has the superpower it or how/why it happens, so feel free to skip that or leave it unexplained. It would just be fun to see how they react, in a world where having superpowers is not supposed to be a thing. What kind of angst or hurt or confusion does the power cause? If he only just got it, how does the other help him through this weird time? Is having the power fun and awesome, or awkward and awful? What uses do they find for the power? Do they accidentally hurt each other (hurt/comfort and angst!)? Or do they improve their lot with it? How does this premise help them get together? Any superpower would be great, from traditional ones to something super random and seemingly useless. Does the one with the power use it to save the other, and tries to keep the whole thing secret (the angst!)?

• ALL: Like canon but with slavery added
In the same way that fic writers add A/B/O or soulmates to a canon-ish setting, how about slavery? Or, instead of adding slavery to Edwardian England, you could write this as a crossover with Narnia (like, some portal spits them out in the Lone Islands), or a GoT crossover (a portal takes them to Essos). Either way, it's a great excuse for whump, hurt/comfort, and loyalty. Does Psmith secretly take Mike's chores, beatings and/or sex duties to spare him? Or vice versa? Are they forced to watch one another be abused? Forced to put on a show? What breaks them (if anything)? Does the trauma get them to finally act on their feelings? Or does Psmith arrange things so that life as slaves is actually pretty good, no rape or beatings, just lots of cricket? How do they escape? Or do they get revenge on their master(s)? Or do they organize a Socialist revolution? Some wholly other direction you want to take this? I'l love anything!! Lots of OCs are (obviously) welcome; if you're doing the crossovers, it's fine if the other canon's characters don't appear, though they can if you want. No body modification, branding, or permanent damage please.

• Crossover: same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Narnia
• Crossover: Same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Penny Dreadful's 1890s London
• Crossover: same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Westeros/Essos (GoT)
Fandom-specific notes and prompts for all of these canons are in the section HERE. But generally, I want to hear what Psmith and Mike have to say about these weird places, and how they interact with the people there. I'm looking for the experience of being fish out of water together breaking down remaining barriers or masks, forcing them to have long overdue conversations, discovering new qualities about each other, etc. And then they make out! For Penny Dreadful, please pretend Psmith canon was set earlier, so that they are around the same age as Victor or Vanessa during the Penny Dreadful canon era; I’d vastly prefer that to a true time travel story.

• Crossover: The Antichrist (Good Omens) was someone from another canon
It would be amazing to see Aziraphale and Crowley bounce off Mike and Psmith in the 1910s/1920s (DNW Psmith and Mike transplanted to other time periods), even if it ends up having nothing to do with the Antichrist/apocalypse. What were the angel and demon up to then? Are Psmith and Aziraphale members of the same club? Does Psmith try to buy a book from the shop? Does the adventure result in Crowley getting his Bentley? Do Psmith and Mike help the angel and demon get out of trouble with their bosses? I love both book and show canon, but my main Good Omens interest is with Crowley and Aziraphale (and the other angels/demons in the background), not so much Newt, Anathema, Shadwell, etc (they weren't even born yet!). Aziraphale/Crowley romance on the side is totally welcome!

For the actual tag… I’m looking for something where, instead of the way things actually went, A) Psmith or Mike is the Antichrist and B) Armaggedon was scheduled during Psmith canon time period/setting. Since the Antichrist is a different character and age, and it's a different time period, things should go quite differently and be a different story. Please don't force fit Psmith and Mike into a rehash of canon GO plot points. How do this Antichrist's powers manifest, and what does he do with them? What would he name the hellhound (if he has one; maybe there's no dog in this version)? Do Crowley and Aziraphale go undercover as Sedleigh masters or bank managers or something? Or no undercover, and they instead take some wholly different approach to averting the apocalypse than they took in canon? Maybe Crowley wasn't given the baby job in this AU, and they only find out about the Antichrist's existence much later. If so, how? What brings him back from the brink (I don't want Armageddon to actually happen)? Does Psmith talk rings around Satan? Does Mike challenge Death to a cricket match? Something else bonkers played straight? Melodramatic acts of loyal self-sacrifice that turn out okay in the end? How does this whole hullaballoo help get Psmith/Mike together, or were they already together?

David Blaize Crossovers
— Frank Maddox & Psmith/Mike (Wodehouse)
— Frank Maddox & Bucky (MCU)

General Frank Notes
I've never encountered a character more in need of a nice boyfriend than Frank. He's such a fascinating and endearing blend of judgmental, whimsical, bossy, charismatic, and melancholic. I love his cleverness, snark, take-chargeness, and sense of whimsy. The chapter where he devises the plan to catch the cheaters was such fun, as was his love of the macabre. While his anguished self-loathing is super compelling, I ultimately want him to get over it (and get over himself, a little). I want him to find happiness and self-acceptance with someone new—unambiguously, with actual kissing, or more! If you want to run with the thing where he cured David with the power of love to a place where Frank literally has some kind of magic (whether he knew it or not at the time), go for it!

Please let Frank completely get over his tragic crush on David and be entirely into the new person, without bashing David (whom I do like). And please set it when Frank is anywhere between 18-30 (ie. canon divergence, or only a few years post-canon), so he doesn't have to wait long to be happier. DNW something set before he met David and became all repressed; the whole point is that I want him to un-repress!

Frank & Psmith/Mike (Wodehouse)
Both of these canons are about the same kinds of people, in the same settings, at the same time. Of COURSE they met, right?! I would love a story that results in Frank feeling better and ready to accept love in the future (and also Psmith/Mike endgame). If you want to take it a step farther and find someone for Frank to end up with, that would be wonderful! Just not Psmith or Mike, since I’m so rabidly OTP-ish about them. Perhaps Frank ends up with Adair or Monty Bodkin or David (this option is the only exception to my overarching "get over David" need)? Or some other nice Wodehouse guy (not Jeeves, please)? Or OMC?

I don’t want matchmaking or yentas, but maybe getting an outsider POV on one character's angst or happiness or whatever inspires someone from the other canon to do something about his own feelings. Ex. Maybe Frank reexamines his stance on 'beastliness' when he finds out that Mike, whom he thinks is great, has a thing with Psmith. Or maybe seeing Frank so miserably repressed makes Mike decide to seize the day with Psmith. (But Frank must stop being miserable by the end, too!) Something else? I will love anything! My only larger Wodehouse DNW is Jeeves/Wooster slash. Psmith/Mike notes are in the Psmith section HERE.

• ALL: Characters went to college/university together
Cambridge hijinks facilitating friendship and romance? Teaming up to rag on a professor or defeat a bully? Frank and Mike were obviously teammates on the Cambridge eleven. Nights in don’s rooms, talking about life.

• ALL: Characters Met While Fighting In WWI
Or they're all in WWI together (see WWI prompts in Psmith/Mike section); all three could meet for the first time, or maybe two already knew each other and meet the third during the war.

• ALL: Characters Were In A Relationship But Broke Up Pre-Canon
As long as they get over it so that Psmith/Mike remains endgame (DNW OT3), Frank hooking up or having hooked up with one or both of them could be fun to include. Perhaps when Marchester's team played Eton, Wrykyn or Sedleigh in cricket, or during holidays, or at Cambridge before Psmith/Mike got together, or some other time? How does that backstory affect my actual ship(s) later on, when they are all at Cambridge together? Is there misplaced jealousy or awkwardness that leads to feelings revealed? Something else?

• ALL: Characters who knew one another long ago unexpectedly reunite for an adventure
This one could be coupled with any of the above tags. Or maybe Frank had some childhood past with either Psmith or Mike (neighbors or cousins or something) and they reunite in Wodehouse-style setting/plot during a country estate visit, or at the London clubs, or at boat race weekend or Goodwood or...

Frank/Bucky (MCU)
I would especially like a WWII getting together story. Please pretend the books were set later so that they are around the same age (DNW age differences). They’d make such a great odd couple. Brooklyn boy/posh Brit, classical education/street smarts, etc. How do they overcome Frank’s (possibly also Bucky’s?) internalized homophobia and find something good? Is Bucky more open-minded or experienced with men than Frank? Or has he always denied himself, and Frank initiates him?

See general Bucky notes at the top of the MCU section above. Feel free to pretend Bucky didn’t fall off the train so they can have a happily ever after. Or maybe Frank rescues his brainwashed old flame from Hydra in, like, 1950 (ie. before there’s a major age difference), or Bucky travels back in time with Steve at the end of Endgame for a happily ever after, or brings Frank to the future. Or you can make it bittersweet, with Bucky still falling, but even though he grieves, their time together has left Frank in a healthier place to live and love again without such self-loathing (and WE know Bucky will eventually be okay, per canon).

Is Frank initially jealous of Bucky’s friendship with Steve, because he’s projecting his own experiences with David onto Steve&Bucky? Does Bucky scoff because he and Steve aren't like that at all? Or is Frank actually correct in thinking Bucky has been unrequitedly pining (this is the one sort-of exception to my 'no conflicting ships' DNW)? If Bucky had been crushing on Steve, I need him to get over it completely as he and Frank fall for one another, without bashing Steve. Or you could not bring up Steve/Bucky as a question or issue at all.

• ALL: Characters Met While Fighting In WWII
Maybe the 107th is camped alongside Frank’s unit before or after their capture? Sharing a foxhole together? Exploring or hiding in a bombed out village together? Left behind and forced to trek to safety together? Saving one another? Bucky probably also needs some TLC after Azzano, even if Frank wasn't there with him… Does the desperation of war get them over their issues enough to act on their feelings? Or maybe Frank was a Howling Commando? Getting together while using their combined smarts on a mission, either with the whole group, or a side project just for them? I’m thinking stakeouts, disguises, foreign languages, need for quick thinking, getting information at a party, stranded in a snowy cabin, down time at a bombed out pub, appreciating the beauty of Europe despite the horror of war… anything!

• ALL: Canon-Setting Spies AU
Sent on an espionage + sniper mission together? Or maybe Frank isn’t a soldier, but rather some sort of archaeologist-civilian who is asked to use his knowledge to help the war effort. Is the mission to get information, or to prevent the Nazis from getting some Ancient Greek occult blah blah? Does Frank have to go ‘undercover’ as gay (when he already repressedly is)?

• ALL: Character who doesn't have a superpower in canon has one or gains one
Maybe run with the thing where Frank cured David with the power of love to a place where Frank is literally magic? Has he always been aware of it? Or is it something he’s slowly discovering now? Or does Hydra experiment on him and amplify whatever tiny, dormant kernel was there into something Frank can use? How does he use his superpowers to help Bucky with something, either personal or mission-based? Or, maybe the main use of superpowers is for banging, IDK.

• ALL: Characters Meet While In Captivity
• ALL: Met while captured together
Was Frank also a prisoner in Azzano, possibly also getting experimented on? Do they huddle together between torture/experimentation sessions, clinging to each other and their identities? Hurt/comfort and desperate “we’ll probably die tomorrow” hookups? Nazis humiliating them or forcing them to have sex or confess feelings or watch each other be hurt? Or maybe they only get together after Steve’s rescued them (in a wartime hospital? as members of the Howlies? Other?) when they begin to realize the experiments left permanent changes on them (i.e. superpowers). Are they still traumatized, leading to even more closeness? The more hurt/comfort the better.

Notes for Same-Canon Ship Crossovers
**For use with any of the ships/characters for which I’ve requested crossovers. A brief intro or ending is okay, but DNW fic set mainly in our world. Feel free to start with them already there (or even after they’ve been there for a little while and have already made friends and/or gotten past the “wtf” stage!), no need to explain how they got there. The set-up and arrival is the least interesting part to me.

Penny Dreadful
What do the PD characters + crossover characters team up to do together?
Does Vanessa sense their non-belonging and offer them shelter at Sir Malcolm's? Maybe the Scooby Gang all stayed in London at the end of season 2 and found a new supernatural thing to fight--and the crossover characters help! Catching the Ripper? Helping Victor with his addiction? Dealing when Jekyll goes full Hyde? Taking care of Ethan during a full moon? Healing a haunted house? Are crossover characters the ones who finally reveal Victor's extracurricular activities to the rest of the PD gang? Does Dorian's lusty spidey-sense for oddballs lead him to try to seduce one or both of them? Does he succeed in getting a one-night stand with A (much to the angst of B, but that angst is what leads to feelings revealed and the requested ship as endgame)?

I love the whole Scooby gang of Ethan, Victor, Vanessa, Malcolm, Sembene, and Lyle, so you can focus on any/all of them. It is totally fine -- encouraged!--to diverge, as wildly as you like from PD canon. Like, keeping Vanessa alive, erasing the entire succumbing to Dracula storyline, pretending everyone stayed in London after S2, etc etc. I was vastly more invested in Victor's awkward efforts to connect with the living than I was in anything having to do with John Clare or Lily, so would prefer the story not to focus on them (mentions or super brief cameos are fine). DNW Victor to bring anyone else back to life. DNW anyone who isn't canonically a werewolf or vampire to be a werewolf or vampire.

Please pretend the Psmith books were set earlier so that they're ~19-25 during Penny Dreadful's canon time period. For Kent/Chandler and Steve/Bucky, please let there be actual time travel and fish out of water details. Per the general fourth-wall DNW, please don't let Frankenstein, Doran Gray, Dracula, etc exist as fiction that crossover characters have heard of.

Narnia
Time between these realms is already untethered and random, and I welcome as much timey-wimey handwaving as you want to add. I'm actually begging you to! Ex. there's no reason why post-TWS Bucky couldn't travel to the Golden Age or Tirian’s reign, or why Psmith/Mike couldn't hang with Tirian. I've basically DNW'ed the entire second half of The Last Battle (please let me assume everyone will get to live out their lives).

Does someone blow the horn to summon them for aid? Do they help the Pevensies fight giants during the Golden Age? Helping Rilian during those difficult first few months after being back? Making friends with Giant Rumblebuffin? Visiting Bism? Or did they come out in Tashbaan during HHB, and Edmund secretly integrates them into his entourage? Or maybe they just hang with Narnian royalty in whatever time period. Do the crossover guys join Tirian for a pre-TLB jaunt to Calormen, whether for espionage, diplomacy and/or undercover partying? Does this adventure somehow result in the whole Calormene invasion getting nipped in the bud? Or, you know how Tirian astrally projected to the Friends of Narnia that one time? Well, what if he (or Rilian?) has been doing it on the regular, with one of the crossover characters? They have always secretly thought they had an imaginary friend (or are going nuts), but one day they meet in Narnia.

Or, perhaps the crossover fleshes out a mentioned-in-passing Narnia thing that we never saw. For example, did crossover characters help the guy who spirited baby Shasta to Calormen? Were they around when the Duffelpuds got cursed, or did they try one of the spells in the book? Were they the ones who brought the Knife to Ramandu's island? Do they get sold into Calormene or Lone Islands slavery? Did they help Trumpkin deal with a problem in Narnia while Caspian was at sea? Did they win a key battle against the White Witch that kept her from growing even stronger than what we saw? Did they keep score while Corin fought the bear? Were they around to help carve the words that Jill fell into? Do they ultimately defeat the Harfang giants post-Silver Chair? Were they involved in the unknown story of how Narnia originally won dominion over the Lone Islands? Did they arrive just as the Pevensies disappeared in the Golden Age?

Game of Thrones
Crossover characters riding dragons, wielding swords, killing White Walkers, turning out to be the actual prince who was promised, Bucky’s arm acting as Valyrian steel, outmaneuvering the best players of the game of thrones, fighting in a trial by combat for someone worthy… Any and all of this would make me scream with joy. How can their skills or experiences help GoT characters and vice versa? Can they bring the “mean” GoT characters down a peg? What do the GoT characters make of them and the idea of other worlds?

Characters I love/want fic for most include: Missandei, Tyrion, Varys, Daenerys, Gendry, Davos, Shireen, Tormund, the Hound, Jaqen, Brienne, Podrick, Sam, Gilly, Yara, Margaery, Olenna, Ser Barristan, and all the Mormonts. But I really do like almost all the protagonists/semi-protagonists, even if they’re not on this list. Canon pairings are fine to include in the background (and Jorah/Daenerys would make me smile). I'm fine keeping canon deaths as long as those deaths don't wipe out a majority of the characters with whom the crossover guys have made friends. (However, if Shireen is in the story, she MUST live!) I also love divergences that keep people alive. You can keep Daenerys's madness and death, or pretend she was sane and won, or somewhere in the middle.

I’d be happy with crossover characters popping up in almost any location/storyline or time period or divergence. Post-canon, I'm sure there's a lot of work to be done rebuilding the kingdom or paying the debts or repairing King's Landing, or… How can crossover characters help? Does someone get a role on the small council? Are they traveling the King's Road and wander into Hot Pie's restaurant? Do they encounter Jaqen? Or maybe it's set in Mereen or Dragonstone when Daenerys was still there. How do the crossover characters end up in the inner circle? Does Tyrion try to get them drunk? Is Daario rightfully jealous of these amazing warriors? Is Varys impressed with their cleverness? Or maybe they get sold into slavery? I really want anything; there's too much to prompt for.

I also love inserting crossover characters into missing stretches of the story, as the kind of untold explanation for how GoT characters got from point A to B. Ex. maybe they're reason Gendry was able to get safely back to King's Landing? Or they traveled with Beric and Thoros and the Hound on their way North? Or they helped baby Daenerys and Viserys escape the sack of King's Landing?

The only settings I’d be less excited about are Dorne (it was kind of boring to me) and the Wall (I prefer more sunshine?). DNW any appearance by Ramsay Snow or the Sand Snakes. The afterlife is one of my general DNWs, but zombies and whatever was going on with Jon and Beric don't count as the afterlife to me. I have only seen the TV show, but you can include bits of book canon as long as the crossover characters learn about it with me.

Notes on Time Loops
I love journeys of self-discovery, as well as self-help adventures in which people learn life lessons, overcome some baggage, figure out priorities, etc. This trope is amazing for all that! I love how it gives characters “time” for healing to occur; I mean, you can have a year’s worth of character growth or healing in technically just one day!

I also love this trope for the character exploration possibilities. For example, where it makes sense for the chosen character and situation, I enjoy watching loopers progress through a variety of reactions—from wacky, to “give no fucks”, to suicidal, to hedonistic, to enjoying the little things, to the darkest timeline, to erroneously thinking it’s over, etc. Or, is it more in-character for them to remain steady and stoic and purposeful, no mood swings or despairing freak-outs?

I’m open to any length of loop and to any resetting stimulus. I don't really care how/why the loop starts or stops; feel free to handwave or leave things unexplained. I also don’t care which of the requested characters is in the loop (or maybe both!). I like when the loop focuses on a quotidian point in the character’s life, just looping on some random day(s) for slice of life healing. I also like when it's set it during a dramatic canon episode, either as a way to fix something sad, or as the explanation for how/why what happened in canon is the best possible way it could have gone. Or on a dramatic episode that you make up! Whatever!

Romance-wise… Do they only get together at the end? Or do they hook up in the middle but something angsty prevents the looping character from trying again for awhile? This trope gets creepy for me when it’s focused on the looper trying to get everything 'right' so that the non-looper will fall in love with them, or where character B is simply the looper’s oblivious reward. However, as long as the looper has other goals/projects, I'll be ecstatic. Or maybe find a way for the non-loop person to have agency? Or maybe they're in the loop together and this is the kind of intense forced proximity they need to get together? Or maybe the the non-looper had already been pining; the loop simply helps the looper become less oblivious, or the looper only develops reciprocating feelings through this whole experience?
