Thank you so much for offering one of these! I'm mainly here for shipfic that involves ultimately resolved yearning and/or sex. So, don't worry about how exactly your story fits the requested freeform tag or whether there's 'enough' of the tag. And definitely don't worry about whether it fits the prompts. You can combine multiple requested freeform tags for a ship, or focus on just one. I want all of these ships and tags equally, regardless of how many tags I have for a ship or how much I've written. I'm [archiveofourown.org profile] aurilly on AO3 as well.

This letter might have broken a length record for me (I'm sorry!! I really let it all out). Here are anchor links to the different sections:

Things I Always Love
**I wrote (almost) all new general likes for this exchange! :D

Devoted Odd Couples: enjoying one another's company; laughing at one another; fond exasperation; loyalty; quietly self-sacrificial gestures

Adventures: fish out of water; exploring new territory; finding out about magic; complementary skill sets; badassery; laughing in the face of danger or absurdity; the pen is mightier than the sword

Friends to Lovers: I like many variations, including, a) fics that start after the first kiss/declaration and focus on how they navigate the relationship transition in the days or weeks that follow, b) adventures that cause people to realize they have more than platonic feelings and decide to make a move.

Crossovers: applying skills/knowledge from one world to another world's problems; contrasting or reconciling differences in how a concept manifests across canons (ex. immortality, magic, realm hopping, time shenanigans); magic in one canon originates from another; characters coming up with logical but incorrect theories about what's going on before discovering the truth

Historical or Fantasy Settings: SWORDS!; also crossbows; carriages (and sex therein); kneeling; knighting; tournaments; balls; "I don't know how to ride a horse!"; one horse goes lame so we have to share; camping in virgin forests; suddenly shot at by unseen archers; sleeping in haylofts; rowdy taverns; contrasting speech patterns; historical/fantasy characters intrigued by stuff or knowledge brought by time travelers/realm hoppers

Not Entirely Sexual Bondage: tied or chained up for a ritual or because of imprisonment; stoicism and nobility while bound, stripped, whipped, jeered at, or nonconsensually touched; captives find ways to kiss and touch despite being bound; strong character submits or pretends to be unable to break out of bonds for reasons

Angst & Shame: shame about desires or how badly they want it; A helps B get past internalized homophobia or other shame (ex. hating their body); character is guiltily aroused while forced to watch/take part in loved one's rape; tied up captive A is mortified about having desperation wet himself in front of B

Hurt/Comfort: external force makes A hurt B; forced to watch loved one endure something awful; stoic character breaking down; accidental arousal while providing comfort; comforter is hiding their own hurt; bedside vigils; patching up loved one's wounds; doing their best to get one another through an awful ordeal; fainting from blood loss, injuries, pain, hunger, exhaustion, or magic; "I thought you were dead!"

Loyalty & Self-Sacrifice : jumping in front of a bullet; sacrificing career, safety, reputation or happiness for loved one (but it turns out okay in the end!); volunteering to be beaten, humiliated, tortured, raped etc to spare loved one or to secure some benefit for them; trying to keep the sacrifice secret from loved one, either out of shame or because A doesn't want B to feel beholden or know the extent of A's feelings; hiding bruises, awkward lies, pretending everything's fine even as they're falling apart... B finding out about A's sacrifice despite all that

Kisses & Affection: on forehead, wrist, back of neck, everywhere; accidental kisses; warming up with nose nuzzles; hair petting/stroking; passionately sloppy makeouts

Sexy Times: I have no top/bottom preferences in m/m. This letter is so long, so I left general porn likes HERE; they're applicable to any ship, not just the ones there. There's a more detailed version HERE (but the first one is enough, don't worry).

Clothing Porn: suits, tuxedos, leather, armour, uniforms, boots, breeches; admiring how good (or ridiculous) love interest looks in the above; not sure how to get these weird clothes off; neckties and the many uses thereof; characters needing to hurriedly and dramatically strip for reasons (even better if stripping is followed by getting wet)

Forced Sex: by the bad guys, for cultural or initiation rites, to cast a spell, etc. I'll take these for the flimsiest of reasons, so handwave away. But no pre-arranged consent, please. I like these tropes when at least one of them is awkward, angsty, pining and/or guilt-ridden during the sex, and they realize only afterwards that feelings are requited, or they develop feelings during the ordeal. (Bacchus is an exception, as I don't think he'd have insecurities like this, and I don’t need him and people to be in love.) Guilt about enjoying any aspect of it, surreptitiously checking each other out, trying to focus on one another instead of the spectators, trying to make the other laugh in order to make it more bearable, noticing details about what the other is like in a sexual scenario (ex. moans, sensitive spots, praise kink, etc.). Is the ritual solemn and Masonic, or is it awful and demeaning? I also love when the story focuses more on the awkward aftermath and getting together.

Do Not Wants
• fusions, setting AUs, or goofy crack (but crack taken seriously is amazing!)
• tragically unresolved age mismatches caused by lifespan differences or time travel
• fics where none of the main characters ever find out about the others' backgrounds or magic (the reveal doesn't have to happen 'on-screen', but please don't let it end with everyone thinking everyone else is normal!)
Things That Upset Me: permanent death of requested characters; the afterlife/Aslan's country; un-averted apocalypses; bleak endings; erasure endings (ex. 'it was all a dream' or events of fic are mind-wiped away); replacing a loved one with an alternate universe version; non-canon permanent disfigurement (lost limbs, facial scars, brands, etc.)
Ships: underage/overage; unrequested threesomes; non-canon romantic ships other than the ones specifically requested (however, references to backstory flings with OCs are fine); conflicting requested ships unless specifically prompted (ex. no Frank/Bucky + Frank/Thor in the same story)
Writing Things: 1st & 2nd person POV; phonetically spelled dialogue (my brain genuinely struggles to process it)
Relationship-Related: soulmates; shovel talks; yentas and matchmakers; pregnancy; adultery; characters written as ace, aro, or demi; gender identity headcanons; dark dynamics within my requested ships; non-canonical nicknames or terms of endearment (ex. "Stevie"); underage/overage sex or romance
Sex-Related: D/s dynamics; aphrodisiacs or roofies; people saying "I've got you" during sex; pegging; anything related to heats or ruts; "cum"/"cumming"; condoms
Crossover-related: crossovers of more than two canons at a time (unless specifically prompted); big age differences between two halves of a ship caused by disparate release/publication dates (please pretend one canon took place earlier or later so that shipped characters are around the same age as each other as well as around the age they were at some point during canon); fourth wall breakage (ex. I don't want GoT to exist as a book/show in the MCU world)

**A Note on AUs: Sending a character through a portal to another world or shifting timelines within a late 19th/early 20th century range does not count as a "setting change AU" to me. Neither does adding supernatural elements the otherwise canonical universe--even a 'mundane' one. What I DO count as a setting change AU is if the supernatural elements that form the canon's premise are wholly removed, or a requested character's pre-canon backstory is wholly unrecognizable (ex. Bucky was a born and bred Narnian instead of a Brooklyn guy from the early 20th century), or a canon is moved into a wildly different location or time period (ex. modern, space, pirates).

Whitechapel/Penny Dreadful Crossover
• Kent/Chandler & Ethan Chandler (Penny Dreadful)

Kent’s quiet dedication, unshowy competence, and pining slay me. Chandler’s a yummy mix of contradictions; commanding yet sometimes unconfident, posh yet down to earth, cold one minute and goofily warm the next, publicly in control and privately breaking light switches. Kent’s crush is epic, but I equally love the moments when Chandler looks at him a little too fondly and long, and when they seem to know what the other’s thinking. I want them to unambiguously get together (with actual makeouts, or more!) while dealing with something bonkers. The less cozy teatime, the better. The yenta-ing and shovel talks were the only aspects of canon I didn’t like, so I’ll reiterate those general DNWs.

Random Extra Optional Details to Include: Chandler getting off on how much Kent gets off on praise; Chandler’s righteous fury when Kent gets whumped; Kent encountering Chandler during one of his shirtless bathroom moments; Kent having trouble not calling Chandler 'sir', even in bed; relatively inexperienced Chandler; Kent cuffing and mandhandling people larger than himself; Chandler angsting about falling for a subordinate; Kent's hero worship of Chandler (that maybe gets tested?); Chandler's intense angst over any kind of failure; Chandler realizing that what he feels is jealously and that's how he figures out he's in love with Kent

• Crossover – same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Penny Dreadful's 1890s London
• Time Travel – A realizes only towards the end of the adventure that B is their ancestor
• Alternate Universe - like canon except one character is a selkie
The first tag is my main request; the other two are optional add-ons that assume the first, since Ethan is part of the pairing tag and does not appear to be immortal. There's a whole Penny Dreadful Crossover section below. But for Kent/Chandler-specific stuff… I would like only them to time travel, not the whole team. 1890s London was so dirty and gross; how does Chandler deal? Do Kent and Chandler realize only later that something they did in the 1890s is the reason Louise hates them so much in the present?

Ethan as Joe's Ancestor: Is Kent jealous of this hunky American that Joe feels so irrationally close to (perhaps, it turns out, because of unconscious family ties)? What does Joe think of having a werewolf for a relative? Does Kent find it hot? Is it due to a canon divergence where Ethan/Vanessa lived happily ever after, or are we left to assume Ethan eventually moved on with someone else? It's okay if werewolf roots left him with slightly heightened senses or something, but DNW Joe to actually be a supernatural creature.

Kent as Selkie: I have a randomly specific desire for Kent (and Erica, I assume) to have secretly been a selkie the whole time. Has Kent been terrified of people finding out and thinking he's a freak? What's Joe's actual reaction? Do the PD people figure out that Kent is another member of the demimonde before Joe does? Can his selkie-ness help with the case? Or can the PD gang help him overcome a difficulty that being a selkie poses? Where's his skin? Did someone steal it? Is there a serial killer targeting selkies? If you can include a ridiculous scene where Kent desperately NEEDS to get in the river or bath or something for ~reasons, and Joe strips and swims with and/or holds him, IDK, that would be A+.

Psmith
• Psmith/Mike

This exchange spurred me to write completely new prompts! However, my basic needs remain the same. I need them to be unambiguously in love, with actual makeouts—or more! DNW pre-ship or any hint that they will ever break up or be with anyone else after they get together; please pretend they never meet their wives.

• First Times - Between Virgins Acting Out Sex Scenes from a Novel as a Sex Guide
Are they roleplaying scenes from an imaginary novel, or Victorian erotica, or imagined deleted scenes from a real novel? Is it a sexy chapter from the schoolboy story Psmith quipped about in their first scene together? Or does Psmith ship Ivanhoe/Richard I, or something? How/why did they end up doing this for their first time? Does one make this suggestion as a way to overcome their nerves? Or is this Psmith's kink that Mike fondly goes along with? Is one embarrassed about something, but the other doesn't mind? Is it sweetly vanilla? Or is one surprised or a little hesitant about an aspect of the roleplay? Like, getting tied up, or adopting different speech patterns, pretending it's a ritual, or… Anything!

• Narnia - New People In Narnia Have Just The Qualities Needed To Save The Country
• Crossover - same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Narnian world
• Crossover - same-canon ship gets together during adventure on LOST's Island
• Crossover - same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Westeros/Essos (GoT)
• Crossover - same-canon ship gets together during adventure in Penny Dreadful's 1890s London
Everything you need should be in the general crossover write-ups for Narnia, GoT, Lost, and Penny Dreadful below. With childhood best friends like this, I ship it SO HARD, but often feel like they need some bonkers scenario to make them finally get together, since they haven't already. Hence the crossovers! I'm looking for the experience of being fish out of water together breaking down remaining barriers or masks, forcing them to have long overdue conversations, discovering surprising new sides, skills or qualities about each other, etc. And makeouts (or more!). I want to hear what Psmith and Mike have to say about these weird people and places. Please focus the story on their adventure in the other place; no explanation for how they got there needed—you could even start after they've arrived!

• Time Loop - A is trying to save the life of B; the one they're secretly in love with and pining for
• Time Loop - looping character forced to watch loved one die repeatedly until loop is broken
• Time Loop - can only be broken by having sex with specific person
• Time Loop - being in the loop together leads to getting together
I don’t care which one is in the loop (or maybe both!). I also don't care how/why it starts or stops; feel free to handwave or leave things unexplained. Does the loop focus on a quotidian time (ex. redoing a day at Sedleigh, or on the ship voyage to New York, or a normal day from 'Psmith in the City', or Cambridge Boat Races day) or something super dramatic (ex. NYC gangsters, WWI battles). I enjoy a variety of loop iterations—from wacky, to “give no fucks”, to suicidal, to exploratory, to the darkest timeline, to erroneously thinking it’s over, etc—and using these iterations to explore a character's more extreme sides. For example, what does "giving no fucks" or "suicidal" look like for this character? Do they only get together at the end? Or do they hook up in the middle but something angsty prevents the looping character from trying again for awhile? Or maybe they're in the loop together and this is the kind of intense forced proximity they need to get together.

• Ritual Public Sex
• Ritual Sex as a Rite of Passage
• Captivity - hurt/comfort between fellow captives leads to sex
• Noncon - Forced to have sex for entertainment of third party
• Noncon - Forced To Rape Loved One To Save Them From Worse Fate
• Noncon - Offering To Be Raped in Loved One's Place
• Noncon - Character is guiltily aroused while forced to watch/take part in loved one's rape
• Hurt/Comfort - Learning That Love Interest Traded Getting Raped With Character's Release
• Whump - A sacrifices themself to protect B; B is forced to watch A being tortured
Maybe the ritual is part of a London or Cambridge club or team initiation? Or the non-ritual version is because of boarding school bullies, evil masters, NYC gangsters, or a canon divergence in which they fought in WWI, or as part of a crossover? Another angle is voluntarily submitting to horrible things for the other one’s sake. Like, one really wants to join a club, or needs money, or owes gambling debt to a bookie or something, IDK, and the only way the other can help is by letting a gross perv or trash party have their way with him.

All that said, the how and why of the forced sex don't really matter. What I'm here for is stoicism, self-sacrifice, hurt/comfort and/or feelings revealed. Psmith's tragic bon mots, Mike's repressed despair or bubbling anger, etc. Tender looks exchanged, falling into one another's arms, aftercare, bandages, bathing, kisses, declarations... You get the idea. See the 'Forced Sex' section of General Likes for more ideas.

MCU
• Steve/Bucky
• Bucky/Loki

General MCU Notes
I want whichever ship you're focusing on to unambiguously get together (with actual makeouts, or more!) Please let Bucky be a fully functional badass with at least a glimmer of a sense of humour. I don't like stories where he's brainwashed or pathetic for most of it. I have a pet peeve about Bucky and Steve saying "ain't" and having exaggerated 1930s New York speech patterns. Can they please speak as properly as they do in the films? Cursing is fine, though. I’m not into fics where Loki spends most of the time in Jotun form or shapeshifted into someone else.

Bucky/Loki
I think these two would be amazing together, an entertainingly snarky, angsty and badass odd couple. I've spent years requesting 'instant attraction→sex' and 'sex for ~reasons before feelings' for these two, and the results have been amazing! However, for this exchange, just to mix it up, I'd like something that starts months or years after they meet, for a 'pre-existing friends or colleagues lurching towards lovers' feel. Something with yearning, uncertainty, and knowing each other very well before they get together or sleep together—something a little more like what you get in Steve/Bucky or Loki/Thor fics. No meet-cutes.

What does a developed friendship and/or partnership between them look like? Have both of them been pining? Or has only one been pining, and the events of the fic lead the other to finally reciprocate feelings? Who makes the first move? Does it go well, or is it a one step forward two steps back kind of thing before the happy ending? DNW incompatible lifespan issues, so please assume the serum makes you immortal like an Asgardian, or that magic can make Bucky immortal.

• Case/mission fic ultimately resulting in ship's realization of feelings for each other
• Undercover - Undercover as a Couple brings out Feelings
• Undercover - Undercover as a couple while pining and have to convince skeptics
• Undercover – forced to have sex to keep their cover
I don't care how/why they ended up on this mission or how/why they originally became friends or partners. But in case you're stuck on the glossed-over backstory and set-up, here are some ideas…Is it a canon divergence where Loki survived IW and Bucky didn't get snapped? Have they been doing space missions for the Avengers or Carol? Building New Asgard in Norway (maybe Thor got snapped, leaving Loki as leader)? Looking for a new planet for the Asgardians to settle? Or maybe it's the Thanos-free 2014 universe, in which the Asgardians made it safely to Earth and settled in Wakanda. Have they been there for a couple of years, and now T'Challa or Shuri have sent Bucky and Loki on a mission somewhere on Earth?

Do they end up captured stranded somewhere together, forced to rely on one another? Does this situation put pressure on the baggage they're each still working through? If doing 'undercover as a couple', I'd love it to be the first mission of this kind that they've done, even if they've gone on missions together before. I love this trope for how the forced proximity (and possibly also domesticity!) pushes relationships forward and helps characters learn new things about each other--both delightful and irritating. I love all the sub-tropes, like having to be physically affectionate, share a bed, watch each other change clothes, Loki hogs all the hot water, Bucky snores, guilt about enjoying all this, thinking the other person is just really good at acting, sad when it's over, etc.

• Touch-Starved Character Having Overwhelming Tender Long Foreplay First Time Sex
This works so well for either, both, anything, yes. Is this the first time Bucky has been touched tenderly since he came out of the ice? Is it also his first time with a man? Is Loki angsting throughout because he's so... Loki? Meaning, stuck in his own head, has a standoffish rep to maintain, etc? Is Bucky the first person Loki has let touch him sexually in ages? If so, why? Is Loki in denial about how much he needs/wants this, and Bucky has to almost make him take the tenderness? Does Bucky have angst or disgust about his arm that Loki gets him over? Or is Loki super clenched and afraid of turning blue, thinking it'll disgust Bucky (he can turn blue for a minute or so, but I don't want him blue for the whole sex scene). Something else? Anything!

I want lots of kissing and praise and hair stroking and hand-holding. Held down by super strength, fingered by the metal arm, surrounded by multiple attentive Lokis… Maybe one needs it really rough but the very roughness is tender, or they go past what one thinks he can take (but it turns out he can take it just fine). Just getting worshipped after years of self-loathing. Is the one providing the tenderness petrified of accidentally exposing the full extent of his pining, especially if it's one of those 'friends need to have sex for ~reasons' situations, or because it's just supposed to be comfort sex or they saying it's just FWB?

• Character A thinks they're just character B's rebound but they're not
• Pining - One character thinks the other only wants them as a substitute for someone else
I'd like a friends to lovers story where they get over any previous feelings and are 100% in love with each other by the end, NOT 'settling'. Maybe A had been crushing on his friend B for ages--either idly if he was with someone else or quite desperately if he wasn't. Or maybe it really DID start as a rebound that, unbeknownst to A, has quickly turned into the real deal. How does paranoia affect how A acts with B? Does realizing that A has been expecting B to move on 'for real' with someone else leave B hurt, too? How do they sort out this mess for a happy ending?

My brain is mainly coming up with ideas for Bucky being character B, but I'd be just as happy for Loki to be B if you have ideas for that. Maybe Steve dumped Bucky when he realized he could go back to Peggy. Or Bucky had been unrequitedly pining for Steve, who, again, went to be with Peggy. Or maybe Bucky/Steve were casual FWB, and while Bucky misses his best friend, the sex part was whatever. Or maybe Bucky wasn't crushing on Steve or anyone at all, and Loki's just imagining things. Or, is Bucky the angsty one, because of real or imagined feelings Loki has about Thor, IDK?

Steve/Bucky
• Narnia: New People In Narnia Have Just The Qualities Needed To Save The Country

I have a zillion prompts in the general crossover write-ups in the Narnia, GoT, Lost, and Penny Dreadful sections below, but here are Steve/Bucky ship notes… I love what a well-oiled team they make and how fiercely protective of one another they are, while having total respect for each other's abilities. The teasing! The self-sacrificing loyalty! I like to see them work through their baggage and inch towards a healthier place, not just as a couple, but individually.

As long as they both still a) met as kids in ~1930s Brooklyn, b) fought in WWII, and c) got the serum (it seems Bucky got it in Azzano?), you can change as much of canon as you want. Please focus the story on their adventure in the other place; no explanation for how they got there needed—you could even start after they've arrived! But in case you're stuck, there's the Tesseract, Time Stone, Bifrost, or Uncle Andrew's rings (you could even use the concept to send them to Westeros)? Or their Pym particles spazzed out while returning the Stones, sending them to the 1890s. You similarly don’t need to include how they return home, though you can if you want. I mean, maybe moving permanently to another place is the solution to their problems (ex. being on the lam, Steve's depression, Bucky's mind trauma, etc.)

DNW other MCU characters accompanying them on the crossover adventure. As long as no one is bashed and Steve/Bucky is the happy ending, you can acknowledge Steve/Peggy’s canon feelings or pretend they were only just friends. I adore pining, but sentiments like "I've been single-mindedly pining for you since childhood" become too claustrophobic for me (unless you're actually writing Bucky/Loki or Bucky/Frank where the happy ending is Bucky getting over it). Developing feelings during or after the war is fine! Or maybe someone's crush is longer-standing but, until recently, it has remained low-key enough to let him have had other crushes and genuine romances, too.

David Blaize/MCU Crossovers
• Frank Maddox/Thor
• Frank Maddox/Bucky Barnes

General Frank Notes
I desperately need Frank to get a nice boyfriend. He's such a fascinating and endearing blend of judgmental, whimsical, bossy, charismatic, and melancholic. I love his cleverness, snark, take-chargeness, and love of the macabre. While his anguished self-loathing is super compelling, I ultimately want him to get over it (and get over himself, a little). I want him to find happiness and self-acceptance with someone new—unambiguously, with actual kissing, or more! If you want to run with that thing where Frank seemed to cure David by holding his hand to a place where Frank literally has some sort of latent magic, go for it, if it fits.

Please let Frank completely get over his tragic crush on David and be entirely into the new guy, without bashing David (whom I do like). And please set it when Frank is anywhere between 18-30 (i.e. a canon divergence or only a few years post-canon), so he doesn't have to wait long to be happier. DNW something set before he met David and became all repressed; the whole point is that I want him to un-repress!

Frank/Thor (MCU)
• Touch-Starved Character Having Overwhelming Tender Long Foreplay First Time Sex
• Internalized Homophobia - cured via sex with open-minded deity
• Sex Outdoors During a Thunderstorm
• Using Superpowers During Sex

Frank not only needs a nice, hot boyfriend; he also needs to get laid. I want Thor to carefully, joyfully, overwhelmingly seduce and fuck Frank’s repression away. If an actual god is so into it/him, who is Frank to say this is ‘beastly’ or wrong? I want Frank to be gobsmacked that this amazing person likes men, much less wants Frank specifically. I want Thor to kiss and stroke and nuzzle Frank until he's drowning in long-delayed satisfaction. I want Frank to become an enthusiastic, curious and active participant, not just lie down and take it the whole time.

Some additional random optional details to include could be: Thor using Mjolnir to fly Frank somewhere gorgeously remote; switching; spanking; marathon sex; held down by Mjolnir so that Frank is completely at Thor's mercy; overstimulation and beyond. Are Asgardians nonchalantly bisexual? If so, does Thor not understand Frank’s repression? Or do Asgardians have their own hangups? If so, how do their different hangups intersect and how do they get over them together?

I love Thor so much. He balances godly/regal gravitas with jolliness, earnestness, gentleness, slyness, and a delightful alien weirdness. He would be such a fascinating foil for Frank's complicated temperament, and just generally, it would be boiling hot. I love every iteration of Thor, but for this ship, I want pre-Ragnarok Adonis!Thor. Please let Frank find out who/what Thor is! What is Frank’s reaction to this literal fairytale prince god? Thor’s reaction to this lovely and clever but repressed earthling? It can be forever love (if so, please handwave a mention of magical solutions to the lifespan issues), or a fling that ends amicably when Thor has to go home again, leaving Frank in a healthier and happier headspace to continue on with the rest of his life, both of them retaining fond memories of their time together.

I'm open to any premise that gets Thor to 1920s England or Greece. You could pretend Thor 1 took place a century earlier so that banished Thor landed in Cambridge or in Frank’s parents' backyard or in one of his Greek archaeology digs. Or maybe it’s set pre-Thor canon, when he snuck over to Earth for some secret fun and got stuck here (or Loki played a prank that got him stuck here)? Or perhaps during one of his archaeological digs, Frank set off a magical thingy that summons gods, only one from a different set arrives. Or some wholly other reason/way for Thor to be on Earth; I don't actually care, and it's fine to skip over that part. Is there a fish out of water element, with Thor trying to blend into 1920s Cambridge, or a Wodehouse-style club, or with Frank’s family? What do Frank’s friends make of Thor? How does Thor take to having to keep their relationship on the DL?

Frank/Bucky (MCU)
I would like a WWII getting together story (the porn is not as necessary as in the Thor request, but is definitely welcome!). DNW big age differences in my ships, so my biggest ask is to please pretend the Benson books were set later so Frank's around the same age as Bucky during WWII. They’d make such a great odd couple. The Brooklyn boy/posh Brit, classical education/street smarts, etc. How do they overcome Frank’s (possibly also Bucky’s?) internalized homophobia and find something good?

You can pretend Bucky didn’t fall off the train so they can have a happily ever after. Or maybe Frank rescues his brainwashed old flame from Hydra in, like, 1950 (ie. before there’s a major age difference), or Bucky travels back in time with Steve at the end of Endgame for a happy ending reunion. Or they both got the serum, which, let's say, makes you immortal/very slow aging, so Frank's around Bucky's age when they meet again post-2010. Or you can make it bittersweet, with Bucky still falling, but even though he grieves, their time together has left Frank in a healthier place to live and love again without such self-loathing (and WE know Bucky will eventually be okay, per canon).

• Touch-Starved character having overwhelming tender long foreplay first time sex
• Pining - A interprets B’s internalized homophobia as lack of interest (before porny happy ending)
• WWI/II - soldiers tenderly consummate forbidden love affair during rare privacy opportunity
• Smut - Huddling for warmth leads to life-affirming fantastic sex
These seem self-explanatory within the WWII setting, and with Frank's canon baggage. Maybe the 107th is camped alongside Frank’s unit before or after their capture? Sharing a foxhole together? Exploring or hiding in a bombed out village together? Left behind and forced to trek to safety together? Saving one another? Does the desperation of war get them over their issues enough to act on their feelings? Bucky probably also needs some TLC after Azzano, even if Frank wasn't there with him… These tags also work for all the prompts below.

• First Time - Character Recovering from Torture Gets Taken Care of by the Person They're Pining for
• Captivity – hurt/comfort between fellow captives leads to sex
• Mutual Pining - characters forced to have sex for entertainment of third party
• Pining - Forced to confess sexual fantasies to the subject
• Noncon - Offering To Be Raped in Loved One's Place
• Noncon - Character is guiltily aroused while forced to watch/take part in loved one's rape
For these, I'm thinking Frank was also a prisoner in Azzano, possibly also getting experimented on. I want the most whump and the most comfort. Do they huddle together between torture/experimentation sessions, clinging to each other and their identities? Desperate “we’ll probably die tomorrow” confessions and hookups? Trying to be stoic for the other one's sake? A volunteering to let Hydra agents do terrible things to him so that B doesn't have to endure it? Nazis humiliating them, or forcing them to have sex, or confess feelings, or watch each other be hurt or raped?

Or maybe they only get together after Steve’s rescued them, in a wartime hospital or as members of the Commandoes. Repressing their residual trauma during the day, and desperate for comfort from the only person who understands at night? What happens when they begin to realize that the experiments left permanent changes on them (i.e. superpowers)? Are they terrified or horrified, leading to even more closeness?

• Case/mission fic ultimately resulting in ship's realization of feelings for each other
• Undercover - Undercover As Gay
• Undercover - Undercover as a Couple brings out Feelings
• Undercover - Undercover as a couple while pining and have to convince skeptics
• Undercover - Forced to have sex to keep their cover
I'd love for Frank and Bucky to get together while using their combined smarts on a mission--either as part of a group, or a side project just for them. Was Frank was one of the Howling Commandoes? Or was it a sniper mission he did before Azzano? Or maybe Frank isn’t a soldier at all, but rather some sort of archaeologist civilian who is asked to use his knowledge to help the war effort, and the generals partner him with the best sniper soldier. Is the mission to get information, or to prevent the Nazis from getting some Ancient Greek occult blah blah? It would be so amazingly angsty for Frank to have to go 'undercover' as gay, when he actually, repressedly is! What's it like to be 'forced' to act on what he wants so very badly? But even if you don't do undercover, I’m thinking espionage, stakeouts, disguises, fake accents, foreign languages, quick thinking, infiltrating a posh or bohemian party, stranded in a snowy cabin or warm woods, appreciating the beauty of Europe despite the horror of war, down time at a bombed out pub… anything!

• Character A thinks they're just character B's rebound but they're not
• Pining - One character thinks the other only wants them as a substitute for someone else
Is Frank initially jealous of Bucky’s friendship with Steve, because he’s projecting his own experiences with David onto Steve&Bucky? Is Frank just imagining things? Or is he correct in thinking Bucky has been unrequitedly pining? Or vice versa, with Bucky jealous of David (except Frank definitely WAS into David before Bucky). Or both? Either way, I need both of them to completely get over any previous crushes as they fall for one another, without bashing anyone.

Edmund/Bacchus OR Edmund/Bacchus/Lucy
• Ritual Sex
• Ritual Public Sex
• Ritual Sex Magic
• Ritual Sex as a rite of passage
• Ritual Sex – Loss of Virginity

Hi, I'm aurilly and I very urgently need Bacchus to fuck Edmund (and possibly also Lucy) in a pagan sex ritual during the Golden Age. Urgently and for YEARS! Bacchus’s whole 'wine, women/men and song' schtick makes him my favorite god. I love that being redeemed and growing into a wise warrior king didn't entirely cure Edmund of being a cranky, sarcastic little shit. I love Lucy as a free spirit with an edge of sass and vulnerability, not a boring, flawless saint.

Is Edmund excited to finally lose his virginity? Or is this a duty he's been dreading? Has Bacchus been looking forward to it? Do they do it on the Stone Table? Somewhere else? Is it marathon sex, given that Edmund is young and Bacchus has godly stamina? Magical chanting and/or marking each other with the blood of a sacrificial goat? Tied down with magic vines? Ceremonial wine pouring? Magical semen? Switching? Fucked with Bacchus's thyrsus in addition to his dick? Pre-bathing by the maenads? Do spectators have their turn with Edmund once Bacchus is done, or is Bacchus too fond/possessive/protective of Edmund to allow that? Does Bacchus know he's hurting poor Edmund, and he feels bad, but he can't stop because of the ~rules? Do flowers bloom or enemies die or something every time someone orgasms? It's not over until [your choice]? Go all out, with whatever self-indulgent details get your id going, not just ones thrown out here.

Since Bacchus is a god and this is his festival, kind but firm instructions and "now is the part where you kneel before me" lordliness make delicious sense here. However, I don't want Edmund having a 'subby' mentality or for Bacchus to be a 'dom', if that makes sense? (I'm so sorry, I'm not good at prompting stuff like this, but I quite desperately want it.) Or does Bacchus surprise Edmund by being low-key and jolly and making it fun, not lordly at all, or by there being a part of the ritual where Bacchus has to be vulnerable, too?

All of the above (well, not the switching) also applies to Lucy, if you're doing the threesome tag. I don't want it to feel like Lucy/Bacchus + Edmund (if there's an OTP, I want it to be Edmund/Bacchus or Edmund/Lucy), but other than that, I'm open to lots of angles. Are Lucy and Edmund squicked by the idea of being in a sexual situation, but decide to make the best of it for Narnia's sake? Does Bacchus make it not so bad? Or have they been secretly pining for each other? Are they each secretly excited about being 'forced' to finally get what they want, but feel guilty because they assume the other is disgusted? Or are they dreading it because they're afraid they won't be able to hide their feelings from each other while fucking? Is the ritual about Lucy and Edmund servicing Bacchus? Or is it more about Lucy/Edmund needing to fuck while Bacchus acts as master of ceremonies? Or both? Do they use fingers or mouths to get each other ready to be fucked by Bacchus (or Edmund)? A holding/stroking B or giving B oral sex while Bacchus fucks B? Regardless of your approach, how does Bacchus help Lucy and Edmund overcome their issues? Is he rooting for their love? Or does he not really care beyond wishing they'd stop angsting all over his goddamn festival?

While being a bit tipsy is fine (since it’s Bacchus and all), I don’t want drugs or aphrodisiacs or for the participants to be 'out of it'; I want Ed (and Lucy) naturally responsive and overstimulated. Please ensure Edmund and Lucy are at least 17. Bacchus can look 17 or like an adult (or keep changing), it's up to you. I don't want appearances by Peter or Susan, or for them to have gone through this ritual before. Fauns, satyrs and dryads having sex with whomever is fine, but I don't want any pure-human/pure-animal sex. DNW train crash, end of Narnia, or the afterlife/Aslan's country; please let me assume they'll get to live out their lives. I mostly ship Bacchus/humans in a revelrous, casual way (no pining!); however, if you can solve the lifespan issues, I'd be all for happily ever afters.

Tirian/Emeth
I would like them to fall in love in real life and have a hopeful ending that assumes the world continues. Tirian has such human flaws, and he started off as a hot mess of a king, but he means so well, and is quite resourceful and clever when you rouse him out of his decadence. And Emeth should win a prize for the level of admiration and affection he was able to inspire in so few pages. I loved the conflict he faced between his reason, his duty, his devotion, and his desire to prove himself. I think they’re perfect for one another—brave, noble warriors (and all-around lovely guys) who could come to respect and love one another despite their differences. I have a weakness for forbidden/secret relationships and 'honour and nobility know no sides' and 'love across enemy lines', and this ship has so much potential!

For this exchange, I really want a sex scene included, so I requested only sex-related tags. Tirian tied up and beaten was the foundation of my id (see also: Rilian); as long as there's a hopeful ending--and lots of lovely comfort from Emeth--you can whump him as hard as you like. I'm looking for a canon divergence, branching off at any point in 'The Last Battle' before everyone dies. Please let me assume none of it will ever happen and that everyone will live out their lives.

• Ritual Public Sex
• Spoils of War – noble victor forced to noncon captive
• Noncon - Forced to rape loved one to save them from worse fate
Tirian as war prisoner, trophy, slave, or sacrifice to Tash? Is he given to Emeth (who is a kind and noble jailer, please!) as a war trophy or slave? Or does Emeth do everything he can to obtain Tirian, as a way of saving him from someone worse? Or maybe it’s Tirian (also a kind and noble jailer) who gets Emeth as his prisoner? Do Calormene or Narnian traditions require a conquering soldier to fuck his war trophy, or require the Narnian king to fuck one of the conquered soldiers as a symbol of victory? Are they already in love by the time the ritual happens? Does Emeth find a way to do it instead of someone who'll actually hurt Tirian?

Or maybe it’s after the war, and the centaurs and Tash priests agree that peace between their countries must be symbolized in an ancient sex ceremony. Does the ritual involve acting out the events of the war, through sex, like a kind of choreography? Lots of blood poured on them, or a bit of (non-damaging) knifeplay, etc? Something else (go wild!)? Even more importantly, how do they tenderly take care of one another afterwards?

• Captivity – hurt/comfort between fellow captives leads to sex
We saw the beginning of Emeth's disillusionment. I'd love a canon divergence where he deserts to help Tirian and Narnia. Does he see Tirian tied to the tree and free him, only for both of them to be captured, possibly without Eustace and Jill ever arriving? How horrible is their captivity (hopefully very)? Are they kept in a dank tower cell? Or in Tirian's own castle? Are they beaten or humiliated in some way? Cold and wet and hungry yet stoically noble and finding out commonalities and falling in love? You could run with the adorable scene where the tiny woodland creatures helped Tirian; maybe at first they're wary of Emeth, but come to love him, too. Was one of them wounded before they were captured? Fevers and chills and giving up your own rations for the loved one? Etc.

Narnia Crossovers
I'm looking for partnerships pushed as they try to figure out what's going on, huddling for warmth while sleeping in the woods, strange situations leading to unlikely confessions or makeouts, etc. The main Narnia characters don’t need to appear (though they can!); I'm fine with lots of OCs. A brief intro or ending is okay, but DNW fic set mainly in our world. Feel free to start with them already there, no need to explain how they got there. Since I've basically DNW'ed the entire second half of The Last Battle (please let me assume everyone will get to live out their lives), and also because time between realms is so untethered and random, there's no reason to feel limited by imaginary timeline constraints. I'm begging you not to. Ex. there's no reason why post-CW Steve/Bucky couldn't travel to the Golden Age, or why Psmith/Mike couldn't hang with Tirian. Please let Psmith and Mike be in their late teens/early 20s when they go to Narnia.

Does someone blow the horn to summon them for aid? Do they help the Pevensies fight giants during the Golden Age? Helping Rilian during those difficult first few months after being back? Making friends with Giant Rumblebuffin? Visiting Bism? Or maybe they just hang with Narnian royalty in whatever time period. Do the crossover guys join Tirian for a pre-TLB jaunt there, whether for espionage, diplomacy and/or undercover partying? Does this adventure somehow result in the whole Calormene invasion getting nipped in the bud? Or, you know how Tirian astrally projected to the Friends of Narnia that one time? Well, what if he (or Rilian?) has been doing it on the regular, with Psmith, Mike, Steve or Bucky? They have always secretly thought they had an imaginary friend (or are going nuts), but one day they meet in Narnia.

Perhaps their adventure fleshes out a mentioned-in-passing Narnia thing. For example, did they help the guy who spirited baby Shasta to Calormen? Or the portal spits them out on Dragon Island shortly before or after Lord Octesian transformed? Do they know what's going on with Ramandu’s punishment, or were they the ones who brought the Knife to Ramandu's island? Do they get sold into Calormene or Lone Islands slavery? Did they help Trumpkin deal with a problem in Narnia while Caspian was at sea? Did they win a key battle against the White Witch that kept her from growing even stronger than what we saw? Did they keep score while Corin fought the bear? Were they around to help carve the words that Jill fell into? Do they ultimately defeat the Harfang giants post-Silver Chair? Were they involved in the unknown story of how Narnia originally won dominion over the Lone Islands?

Game of Thrones Crossovers
Crossover characters riding dragons, wielding swords, killing White Walkers, turning out to be the actual prince who was promised, Bucky’s arm acting as Valyrian steel, outmaneuvering the best players of the game of thrones, fighting in a trial by combat for someone worthy… Any and all of this would make me scream with joy. How can their skills or experiences help GoT characters and vice versa? What do the GoT characters make of them and the idea of other worlds?

A brief intro or ending is okay, but DNW fic set mainly in our world. Feel free to start with them already there, no need to explain how they got there. DNW is any appearance by Ramsay Snow or the Sand Snakes. The afterlife is one of my general DNWs, but zombies and whatever was going on with Jon and Beric don't count as the afterlife to me. I have only seen the TV show, but you can include bits of book canon as long as the crossover characters learn about it with me.

Characters I love/want fic for most include: Missandei, Tyrion, Varys, Daenerys, Gendry, Davos, Shireen, Tormund, the Hound, Jaqen, Brienne, Podrick, Sam, Gilly, Yara, Margaery, Olenna, and all the Mormonts. Canon pairings are fine to include in the background (and Jorah/Daenerys would make me smile). I'm fine keeping canon deaths as long as those deaths don't wipe out a majority of the characters with whom the crossover guys have made friends. I also love divergences that keep people alive. However, Shireen is the exception; if she's in the story, she MUST live! You can keep Daenerys's madness and death, or pretend she was sane and won, or somewhere in the middle.

I'm open to stories set in any place or time in the world, even if it's all OCs or pre-canon. I also love inserting crossover characters into missing stretches of the story, as the kind of untold explanation for how GoT characters got from point A to B. Maybe they're reason Gendry was able to get safely back to King's Landing? Or they traveled with Beric and Thoros and the Hound on their way North? Or they helped baby Daenerys and Viserys escape the sack of King's Landing?

I'm sure there's a lot of work to be done rebuilding the kingdom or paying the debts or repairing King's Landing, or… How can crossover characters help? Does someone get a role on the small council? Are they traveling the King's Road and wander into Hot Pie's restaurant? Do they encounter Jaqen? Or maybe it's set in Mereen or Dragonstone when Daenerys was still there. How do the crossover characters end up in the inner circle? Does Tyrion try to get them drunk? Is Daario rightfully jealous of these amazing warriors? Is Varys impressed with their cleverness? Or maybe they get sold into slavery? I really want anything; there's too much to prompt for.

Lost Crossovers
I love the theme of the Island as a kind of forced rehab retreat for adults. I like how the survival and supernatural elements provide cracked-out opportunities for self-reflection, healing and growth. Even people who don't necessarily have a ton of baggage (ex. Psmith and Mike) might need such an experience to finally get them together. DNW fic that is set mainly in the outside world. He's fine as part of a larger ensemble, but I'd prefer Ben not be the major focus.

Please don't feel limited by timeline or geographic constraints. There aren't any! The island canonically moves in space, so people don’t need to be in the Pacific to get there. It also moves in time, in addition to the on-island time travel, which means crossover characters can have an adventure in any Island time period(s). The only time periods I DON'T want are the sideways universe and the 108 days between the 815 crash and when the Oceanic 6 escaped in the S4 finale. So, DNW anyone to have been a passenger on Oceanic 815. There are so many other ways of getting to the island! Shipwrecks, other magnetic places on Earth have portals, the Tesseract, Pym particles, etc.

Trying to survive, just the two of them, on the beach and encountering various island mysteries? Do they end up as part of the secret time travelers clique in the 70s? Getting a Dharma job, wearing a jumpsuit, getting nicknames from Sawyer, etc? Is Psmith excited about some actual socialism? Do crossover characters help Hurley during his first days on the job post-series? Are they instrumental in getting Desmond back home to Penny after the finale? Do they help Richard set up the first settlement of Others or bury Jughead? Does Smokey try to seduce someone to the dark side? What angsty visions does he show people? What do they see when they visit the lighthouse? Do they visit Jacob in his foot statue? Meet the same people at different points in time? Hang with Desmond in the hatch? Seriously, anything.

Penny Dreadful Crossovers
I want crossover characters to get involved with the PD characters' supernatural drama (they MUST find out at least a little of it!) while getting together. I loved this show for Ethan, Victor, Vanessa, Malcolm, Sembene, and Lyle's Scooby Gang teamwork and found family. I was way more invested in Victor's efforts to connect with the living than I was in anything having to do with his creations; I would prefer for John Clare and Lily not to appear. DNW Victor to bring anyone else back to life. Per the general 'fourth wall breakage' DNW, please don't let the Dorian Grey, Frankenstein etc novels or adaptations exist. DNW anyone who isn't canonically a werewolf or vampire to be a werewolf or vampire.

Does Vanessa sense their non-belonging and offer them shelter at Sir Malcom's? Maybe the Scooby Gang all stayed in London at the end of season 2 and found a new supernatural thing to fight--and the crossover characters help! Or they help with post-canon adventures (either keeping the ending or pretending Vanessa didn't die)? Catch the Ripper? Help Victor with his addiction? Help when Jekyll goes full Hyde? Take care of Ethan during a full moon? Healing a haunted house? Are crossover characters the ones who finally reveal Victor's extracurricular activities to the rest of the PD gang? Does Dorian's lusty spidey-sense for oddballs lead him to try to seduce one or both of them? Does he succeed in getting a one-night stand with A (much to the angst of B, but that angst is what leads to feelings revealed and the requested ship as endgame)?

For Psmith/Mike, please pretend the Psmith books were set earlier so that they're ~19-25 during Penny Dreadful's canon time period; DNW time travel. Did Psmith or Mike know Victor from boarding school, or did one of them grow up near the Murray/Ives households? That said, I'm interested in what happens when they reunite in London, not the backstory, so please just mention it in passing instead of making it the focus. Or maybe they meet for the first time as adults in London, no shared history at all!

For Kent/Chandler and Steve/Bucky, please let there be actual time travel and fish out of water details; DNW an AU where Steve/Bucky and Kent/Chandler are 'from' the 19th century. Time travelers doing things because they know from the future that they're supposed to happen compromises free will too much for my tastes (ex. Harry Potter making the Patronus because he knows he made the Patronus). I much prefer closed loops where people do things for normal reasons, and realize only afterwards that they were the ones responsible for a thing they knew about from the future (Lost S5 is a great example of this).
