Hi there! This is my most favorite fandom and I love all the wonderful explorations I have read in it. Thank you so much in advance! :)

General
I love everyone's competency, earnestness and courage when it counts, but also their flaws and sassiness. Where they are understandably frightened or make mistakes or get cranky because camping sucks. Something that keeps that balance would be amazing, as opposed to stories where everyone is preternaturally wise, even-tempered and badass.

I love stories about people talking and doing new things and being awesome and caring about each other. I love sending characters on adventures they didn't get to have in canon, or extending or reimagining canonical adventures. I love explorations of the neat concepts Lewis introduced but didn't fully explore. Tonally, almost anything goes. Canon divergences and handwaving are extra welcome! I’m fine with any rating.

I'm less fond of plotless character studies, wholly quotidian stories set in our world (exception for Edmund/Frank Maddox), world-building focused on characters I don't know, and missing scenes (the Golden Age and things like that don't count as missing scenes to me). I don't care about the religious allegories. I love the cool concepts introduced in The Magician's Nephew, like the Wood, the rings, the lamppost creation, dying worlds; however, I’ve never been invested in that book’s characters. Peter and Susan are great as part of the foursome, but I’d prefer Edmund (optionally with Lucy in tow) to be the focus.

Things I Love
— angst with a happy or hopeful ending
Banter: dry humour; courtly; fondly exasperated; people with wildly different speech patterns
Friendship: hanging out and enjoying one another's company; having one another's backs; odd couples; happy and/or unexpected reunions
Badassery: competence and resourcefulness; characters using Narnian skills in our world; laughing in the face of danger or absurdity; the pen is mightier than the sword; but swords are more fun
Adventures: exploring unknown territory; daring rescues or escapes; reluctant allies; sea voyages; realm-hopping; time travel; fish out of water; stranded together
Ridiculous Tropes: time loops; undercover as a couple; only room left in the inn; identity porn
Crossovers: applying skills/knowledge from one world to another world's problems; contrasting or reconciling differences in how a concept manifests across canons (ex. immortality, magic, realm hopping, time shenanigans); magic in one canon originates from another; characters coming up with logical but incorrect theories before discovering the truth; assuming characters have a past together (ex. childhood neighbors, etc) and starting the story when they reunite in the present

Do Not Wants
— Major character death, the train crash, the end of Narnia, and Aslan’s Country/the afterlife are my biggest DNWs. Please let it be clear that the ending of The Last Battle won’t happen (or even ignore the whole book!).
— goofy crack and alternate setting AUs (ex. coffee shop, space, Hogwarts, Pevensies were born in the 1990s)
— The Problem of Susan: feel free to pretend there was no rift and that she continued to be as into Narnia as the rest of them; it's also fine if she canonically drifted away and you just don't talk about her
— underage/overage; age differences of more than ~10 years within requested ships (I know Bacchus is much older, but he shouldn't LOOK older)
— Caspian/Susan; slash pairings I haven't explicitly said I like
— pregnancy & babies
— characters written as ace, aro, demi; gender identity headcanons
— Crossover-related: tragically unresolved lifespan incompatibilities; crossovers of more than two canons at a time (unless specifically requested); fourth wall breakage; age differences created by disparate release dates (please move timelines or use time travel mechanisms so requested characters are around the same age)

Request 1: Edmund + Realm-Hopping Adventures (Lucy can come, too)
Characters/Pairings: Edmund; Edmund & Lucy; Edmund/Lucy

I love these two SO MUCH, individually and together. I love that being redeemed and growing into a badass warrior king didn't entirely cure him of being a cranky, sarcastic little shit. Although she truly is lovely and optimistic and jolly, Lucy definitely has sass, a touch of mischief, and is deadly in her own way; she's not a blandly sweet and pure saint. I love how they started out with deep betrayal and yet ended up so ride or die about each other by VoDT (the part in 'Prince Caspian' where he takes Lucy's side about going down the side of the mountain… MY HEART!). I love how they're also quite teasing with each other, too, while also clearly very fond. They even go into battle together! ♥♥♥ They're such a good team.

I love these two however I can get them, from perfectly platonic siblings, to intense smarm, to straight up incest. I'd love it if they were way more wrapped up in each other than they are with Peter and Susan. If you're going to include anything sexual, please ensure they are at least 16-17 at the time. So, that might mean setting it during the Golden Age, or pretending they were that old during VoDT, or you can fast-forward a couple of years into the divergence to start the story when they are that age.

— Using the rings (instead of dying, ugh): They could either go help Tirian, as planned (but no apocalypse!). Or maybe the way to Narnia really is closed to them (per Aslan having said they couldn’t go back again), but they end up visiting somewhere else. Could be Charn, or Westeros/Essos, or the world where the Witcher (TV) happens, or a world you make up. I just love the whole Wood Between the Worlds concept, and want Edmund and Lucy to have more adventures! It would be extra great if only these two went, not the whole set of Friends, but I’ll take anything.

— Winding Up in the Future After Being In Another World: “The future” doesn’t have to mean right now. Any time later than they left would be great! Maybe it’s at the end of VoDT, so it’s just Edmund and Lucy (possibly plus Eustace) dealing with this, instead of the full foursome. Or maybe it’s after LWW, and the Pevensies come out of the wardrobe as adults, but it’s X number of years have passed since they went into the wardrobe. Or maybe grown-up again Edmund and Lucy have been adventuring with the rings before the story started, and, because of inter-realm time shenanigans, when they get back to Earth, it’s a lot later than when they left. Whoops! In all cases, how do they navigate this new adventure, feeling like their own world is a brand-new world? Does this lead them to be even MORE ridiculously wrapped up in each other? What potential whump and hurt-comfort opportunities does this bring? What opportunities to show off their resourcefulness? Are they stuck here and learn to make the best of it, or do they find a way to get back to their regular time?

— Slavery - Lone Islands Edition: A canon divergence where Caspian and Bern didn't triumph, leaving everyone stuck as slaves. You can make it as melodramatically awful as you like (as long as they are sweetly comforting and staunchly loyal or self-sacrificing about each other). What kinds of duties are they given? Can be anything from running a fiefdom to noncon. Or maybe it's not actually so bad, and they make the best of it? Do they find a way to save each other or their friends?

— Slavery - Rabadash Edition: Similar to above, but HHB version. What if Rabadash won, and got Edmund and/or Lucy instead of Susan? In what other ways does Rabadash hurt and try to humiliate them? How do they comfort one another when he isn't looking, or try, even when he's there's, to lift each other's spirits and stoic resolve? Does Rabadash get angry about being made to feel small even when he's won, which makes him whump them harder? Make this as melodramatically self-indulgent as you like!

Request 2: Bacchus Ships
Pairings: Edmund/Bacchus, Edmund/Bacchus/Lucy (either one!)

Bacchus is my favorite god; his whole schtick is delightful. Lifespan incompatibilities depress me, but if you mention that Bacchus will make Edmund immortally young, too, I'd be all for happily ever afters! Otherwise, I mostly ship this in a revelrous, casual way, not as a long-term monogamous relationship or pining. Please ensure Edmund (and Lucy) is at least 17 if/when anything more than kissing happens. However, any rating is welcome for times when he's older!

— Instead of getting on the train and dying, Edmund (and Lucy, if you want) uses the rings to go on adventures to other worlds, and runs into Bacchus again. What is their reunion like? Does he become part of his immortal entourage?

— Aslan loves everyone, but Lucy is obviously his favorite. What if Edmund is this god's special favorite? How come? Does Bacchus periodically show up to protect or fuckvisit him, maybe even in our world (what are his 20th century appearances like?)? Other ramifications of being Bacchus's fave?

— In mythology, Bacchus is sometimes depicted as a youth and sometimes as an adult. Does he decide at will? Or does something else cause him to shift? Separately, Aslan once gave Lucy a line about how he looked older because she was older, which... huh. Is this true for Bacchus and his faves, too? Edmund also goes back and forth in age... Basically, a shippy fic that plays with concepts around gods, time shenanigans, and age/appearance would be cool!

— Being the only humans around during their hormonal teenage years must have been hard. I'd love something in which Bacchus relieves Edmund's sexual frustration, either with direct physicality, instruction, or in other ways. Does it happen all at once when Ed goes to his first bacchanal, or is it a slow build over multiple years/visits?

— Ritual Sex: Yes, please! Bacchus is in charge of rites for young rulers to bond with the land or whatever. Basically, I'm looking for some sort of public and/or private virginity taking ceremony. Is Edmund excited, is it a duty he's been dreading, or something else? Is Bacchus godly and serious, or affectionate and fun? Perhaps they do it on the Stone Table? Tied down with magic vines? Ceremonial wine pouring? Holy semen? Switching? Pre-bathing by the maenads? It's not over until [your choice]? Different details of your choosing? Go all out! No drugs/aphrodisiacs, please (well, a mild wine buzz is fine, since it's Bacchus and all); I want Edmund naturally responsive and overstimulated. If you want to add Lucy to this one, too, go ahead!

Request 3: Emeth Ships
Pairings: Emeth/Tirian, Emeth/Tirian/Jill (either one!)

Tirian has such human flaws, and he started off as a hot mess of a king, but he means so well, and is quite resourceful and clever when you rouse him out of his decadence. And Emeth should win a prize for the level of admiration and affection he was able to inspire in so few pages. I loved the conflict he faced between his reason, his duty, his devotion, and his desire to prove himself. I think they’re perfect for one another—brave, noble warriors (and all-around lovely guys) who could come to respect and love one another despite their differences. I would like them to fall in love in life and have a hopeful ending that assumes the world continues. I have a weakness for forbidden/secret relationships and 'honour and nobility know no sides' and 'love across enemy lines'. This ship has so much potential for both! You could keep Jill and Eustace, or make a divergence where they didn’t come during TLB… whatever works!

— What if they had met in Narnia while Emeth was undercover as a merchant, and their love changes the course of the story?

— Canon divergence where Calormen conquered Narnia, but no apocalypse. Tirian as war trophy, slave, or sacrifice to Tash? Tirian being kingly and stoic while tied up and beaten was very, um, interesting to me as a child; as long as there's subsequent comfort from Emeth and a hopeful ending, you can whump him as hard as you like. Maybe Tirian is given to Emeth as a war prisoner or war trophy (with Emeth as kind and noble jailer, please!), or to someone horrible and Emeth rescues him? Or maybe there's some messed-up sex ritual that they're forced to do even though they really like one another/are pining? Something else?

— Or maybe it’s Narnia that wins the war, and Emeth who ends up as (kind and noble!) Tirian’s prisoner? Angst because crushing on your prisoner might not be honorable? How do they get past that?

— Time Loops: Tirian in a Groundhog Day-style loop in which he, with Emeth's help (maybe Emeth is in the loop with him? or not?), goes through some kind of personal growth. It could be something that leads to the apocalypse not happening, or it could be set in a divergence where TLB never happened and the loop revolves around a totally normal-ish time period.

— What if, instead of the world ending, Tirian & Co ran away to the mountains and started a resistance to the Calormene occupation, like they talked about doing at one point? I love espionage, desperate missions, angsty last stands, people bonding while struggling to survive in nature, etc. It could be set while they’re still setting it all up. Or you could start it later on, when the resistance has grown strong enough to start making moves. When/why does Emeth end up joining them? Did he defect due to his side’s lack of honor, or because Tirian blows the horn and summons him (from not super far away)? Or something else? How does Emeth fit in? In this divergence, had they met and liked each other before, or are they meeting for the first time now? How do they get together? How do they make strides in the pro-Narnia project? Does Puzzle (the darling!) somehow end up saving the day? Do Emeth and Tirian go on a quest to the magic garden place? Anything!

— Optional themes to incorporate into any of the above…. Do the two countries have different views about same-sex romance? It doesn't have to be "Calormen=repressed, Narnia=free love" (though it could); maybe Calormen has a complicated Ancient Greek-style culture, or Narnia's never shaken its Victorian influences. Some other take? Separately, does Tirian’s star heritage give him some sort of magic?

Request 4: Narnia/MCU Crossovers - Edmund/Bucky

I want them to love each other as much as I love them, and to have adventures, and be competent, and unambiguously get together, with actual makeouts (or more!). What aspects of their angsty backgrounds can they pep talk each other through? How can their experiences and skill sets help each other or help solve an issue in either canon? How do they figure out one another's backstories, and what do they think of the other's? How do they fall in love? There's delicious potential for angsty separations and happy ending reunions in this ship, too, if you want.

I’d be thrilled to ignore or break the timelines to make it work so that there aren't age differences. For example, post-TWS Bucky traveling to the Golden Age or some other point in Narnian history works for me! Or maybe at the end of Endgame, Bucky time travels to the 50s/60s when Edmund is grown up again, either as the initial premise of the story or as the happy ending epilogue. Basically, do whatever you need to avoid an age discrepancy ending and I'll roll with it. (It's okay if adult!Bucky temporarily hangs out with kid!Edmund at some point, as long as he doesn't touch the kid, and the happy ending is with grown-up Ed).

Please let Bucky quickly recover or start the story as a fully functional badass with at least a glimmer of a sense of humour. I like stories about him trying to move on and build a new life, not ones where he's brainwashed or pathetic for most of it. I have a pet peeve about fics where Bucky (and Steve) say "ain't" and sound like characters from a 1930s gangster movie. I'd like them to sound like they do in canon, where they speak as 'correctly' as, say, Howard or Bruce do. Cursing is fine, though.

— Edmund in the Future: The story starts when grown up again Edmund returns from going on adventures with the rings. However, because of handwavey inter-realm time shenanigans, the rings have dropped him off decades after he left, and now he's stuck in the future… Whoops! Or maybe it's a canon divergence where the Pevensies return from the Golden Age as adults 15 years later instead of deaging to kids at the moment they'd left? Does Ed rescue Bucky from Hydra (possibly earlier than in canon?), or is it post-TWS? Or even post-Endgame? Out of time together, hurt/comfort, etc. Is Hydra after one or both, or is it more slice of life?

— Canon-Setting Spies: I enjoy the fanon that Edmund grows up and becomes a spy. Does he get partnered with the Asset, is like, "gah, this poor guy" and run away with him? Or do they go on a spy mission while Bucky's in Narnia? What adventures do they have together?

— Bucky In Golden Age Narnia: Maybe someone blows the horn, summoning Bucky? Or the Tesseract or Bifrost takes him there? Or he fell off the train and into Narnia? Or some other way, or leave it unexplained, I don't care. Getting together while dealing with giants, or during some annual tournament in Archenland? Helping Edmund get rid of the remaining werewolves or hags from the Witch’s reign? Sea voyage adventures on the Splendour Hyaline? Outwitting Calormene spies, implementing educational policies, the Rabadash situation? Something else? Is it a divergence where the Pevensies ruled for longer? Or do Bucky and Edmund reunite later back in our world?

— Reunions: Does Bucky encounter the Pevensies while they’re still rather young (whether during ‘Prince Caspian’, VoDT, early on during the Golden Age, or during WWII); nothing shippy happens then, but it does when they reunite once Edmund is an adult and Bucky basically hasn’t aged? Or maybe they never met before, but Bucky went to Narnia (or had some Narnia-related experience) during a time when the Pevensies weren’t there, and he meets adult Edmund back in our world; how do they figure out their Narnian connection while also falling for one another? Or maybe some of the mythical figures that exist in both Narnia and Earth (ex. Bacchus, Father Christmas) help them meet or reunite, either here or there? You can include the flashbacks, or just focus on the reunions!

Wodehouse/Narnia Crossovers
Groups: Psmith/Mike + Corin, Edmund or Tirian

I will never get enough of Psmith and Mike visiting other worlds! What are their reactions? How might they help characters there? What do the Narnians think of them? How does this adventure help them get together (or were they already together?)? I don't need the Psmith/Mike shippiness to be a big focus. Even a couple of sentences about how they have more than just platonic feelings, or are friends with benefits off screen or something, will fit the bill! (But if you want to make it super shippy, I would love that, too!)?

Please pretend the Psmith books happened later than the publication date (ex. they were in school in the 40s, like Edmund & Co) so that they are the same age as the requested Narnia characters during the story. DNW age differences between requested characters. I really don't care how people move between worlds; feel free to handwave the mechanics if you're stuck, or even start after people have traveled between realms, so you can focus on what they actually DO there and the friendships they make, instead of only the setup and "wtf where am I, what happened etc" part.

— Narnians In England: I love the idea of Corin or Tirian finding himself in our world. I'd like the Narnia characters to be the same age as the Wodehouse characters, so if you're making the Narnia guy college age, then set it at Cambridge. If a little younger, then at Sedleigh. How do Psmith and Mike end up taking him in? Do they try to pass him off as a new student? Or are they keeping someone in their dorm room? Is there something the Narnia character can unexpectedly help them with? Pulling off a great rag? Helping study for an exam? Winning at cricket? Something else? Anything! How do they figure out his whole deal (they MUST find out!)? Optional: Does Edmund also go to this school/university and end up joining in the fun? Does the Narnian character's experience in our world lead to him learning something or growing in a way that allows for a canon divergence when he gets home again

— With Edmund in Our World: At Cambridge together? Members of the same club in London? Some other kind of adventure? I'll love ANYTHING. My only stipulation is that Psmith and Mike MUST find out about Narnia and Edmund's secrets.

— Does Edmund or Tirian blow the horn, summoning Psmith and Mike for help with a problem? Fighting giants, espionage, outwitting Calormene spies, implementing educational policies, dealing with the Rabadash situation? Something else? Or just exploring or partying with royalty in either of these eras/countries! Is Psmith or Mike erroneously jealous of someone (could be anyone, not just Ed, Corin or Tirian), leading to stoic angst before they sort it out?

— Helping Golden Age Edmund remember his previous life? Is this the only time they meet, or do they reconnect at boarding school or Cambridge?

— Corin is like the Narnia version of a public school story character. I think he’d get along splendidly with Psmith and Mike. Does he take them traveling through Archenland? Do they team up to play pranks on his new twin brother? Do Psmith and Mike help him keep score against the bear? Something else? What it’s like for Corin to suddenly not be the crown prince, or to suddenly have a twin who is basically a foreigner, or having grown up with a sweet but sad dad who was mourning his queen and son? How can Psmith and Mike help him work through any of his potential issues?
